Located in Bend's Midtown and with access to the Larkspur trail that leads to iconic Pilot Butte, this bright, newly built 450 sq. foot apartment balances cozy and modern elements to make your stay in Bend comfortable. Our home consists of the 2 bedroom "Urban Spruce" and a separate one bedroom lower unit "The Downtowner". Located under a magnificent Blue Spruce tree on a surprisingly quiet street, this combination of location, serenity, and quality of craftsmanship make for an exceptional destination option!
