Welcome to our cozy log cabin in the serene Mink Creek Valley Idaho. Quiet with beautiful views. Come stay in a real log cabin. Cabin is "unplugged" with no WiFi or cell phone service. There is a TV and DVD player. Float the Bear River at the Oneida Narrows, go to Bear Lake or go to the Maple Grove Hot Springs in Thatcher, ID. Closed during the winter months. I try to open in April or May. I’ve unblocked some dates. Message me if there’s a date you’d like but it’s blocked.

This is a peaceful place for the whole family. The home is located in the quiet heart of Bancroft and is a short 15-minute drive from the world famous Lava Hot Springs! Amenities include comfortable beds that will sleep up to 7 people, a fully stocked kitchen and open living room. Additionally, we have a fully-fenced back yard with a fun fire pit to roast marshmallows in the summer months as well as a couple hammocks to relax in. Your private cottage is surrounded by beautiful farm and ranch land. This cottage, located just 1.5 miles south of Preston’s city center, is the perfect place to relax, view the mountains and enjoy the outdoors. You will have spectacular views of the Bear River mountain range to the East, and you may see and hear sheep bleating, hawks soaring, owls hooting, horses whinnying, sprinkler lines watering the fields, and tractors working in the distant fields.

Summer's Getaway - Fun Suite

NOTE: The hot-water issue has been fixed! Self-contained unit with private entrance off the side of the house. Sleeps four in 2 comfortable queen beds. Pool table inside. Outdoor grill, firepit, volleyball and badminton on the 1-acre lawn accessed from patio doors. The main house is not rented out, but it is possible to rent both the Fun Suite and the Family Suite (which is above the garage and sleeps 9) together to accommodate more people.
