Vielen Dank wir haben eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Wir fanden dass Andy die Unterkunft unter Wert anpreist. Es ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Ein kleines Problem mit dem WLAN konnte sofort per Chat gelöst werden. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet und die Küche wie der Hauseirtschaftsraum sehr großzügig angelegt. Jederzeit wieder.

Wow, what a fantastic location and cosy cottage. The children were delighted to find the games room which meant a lovely relaxed holiday for the grown ups! James and Chippie were both so helpful and accommodating of our needs and Benbecula and North Uist were simply stunning.

Joan was super responsive. Although her instructions were limited to 2 pages, she answered any question I had within minutes. The area is lovely and she recommended The Brewery, which is a great restaurant with a wide selection of beers brewed on the premises. She also recommended a local weaver, which was a highlight of our stay. The house had what we needed. The heating boost was easy to use.

Everything was as it should be and as was described. A very nice house in a lovely rural setting, walkable from the airport. Michael always answered my emails promptly and suggested places to go. He and his wife were very helpful when needed. A lovely stay.

I had a lovely stay at the studio, which was a cute little cottage. I enjoyed the location as it was off of the tourist beaten track and was easy to get to. A couple of early evenings I heard the sweetest owl and there are some delightful blackbirds that frequent the back garden. I wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again.

We didn’t stay at one mills land as there was a major problem at the very last minute but Katherine found us somewhere else not far away which was just as beautiful. I think she was amazing and we had a great holiday

This was a great stay. Just 5 mins off the main road and it was a different world with peacefulness and great views across the loch. The cottage had everything we needed - so comfortable and warm. I now want taps like these. Paul was very friendly and helpful.

We have been to Skye many times so knew the area well. The house was perfect and in a fabulous location.

A 6-Star experience. Finished to a very high standard, Jacqueline has taken care of every detail; the bed linen is luxury, the bed is super-comfy, it's warm, cosy, spotlessly clean, and has a fabulous shower. The location is stunning with sea views, and multiple deserted white sandy beaches within walking distance (including Balranald Nature Reserve, Paibeil, Balemore, Tigharry) and a few minutes' drive (including the breathtaking Udal Peninsula). We saw eagles and otters, and there are dark starlit skies and sunsets at your front doorstep. We had an unbelievably brilliant stay in this outstanding converted barn—we didn't want to leave. The whole experience of living on a small croft for a week, with friendly hosting, made this our best Airbnb stay ever. Thank you so much; we'd love to come back and stay again. 100% recommended without hesitation.

We stayed with old friends at Ann’s very welcoming cottage with an amazing view for a week at the end of April. We were delighted to find the cottage as described, with generous welcoming goodies and a very well equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable with best quality bed linen, and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels and fluffy dressing gowns. The heating was easy to operate and Ann quickly responded to a small issue with one of the bedroom heaters. The shower was piping hot and there was a generous supply of toiletries in the shower/bathroom with lovely heated floors just when you wanted them. We enjoyed the sauna. The property might benefit from heated towel rails but otherwise it is hard to find fault with it. Ann is a very helpful and friendly host and I would highly recommend the cottage. Our highlights of the week were the stags in the garden and the amazing sunsets.

We had a wonderful few days staying in this lovely, cosy cottage, right on the edge of the Loch. The view from both inside and from the garden was jaw-dropping and even when the fog came down, it was a joy to be able to hear the waves lapping on the beach. The village is incredibly quiet and we had excellent meals in both the Loch Bay Resturant and the Stein Inn. Stein is the perfect calm retreat at the end of a day touring the Island. We found so much to see, do and explore - West House was a perfect base!

Lovely cottage with spectacular views down the hill out to sea. Comfortable, cosy, clean, nicely furnished and very homely. Well equipped kitchen. Handily located on the east shore of the island just 10 minutes drive from both Castlebay and Ardmhor. Beautiful beaches, especially on Vatersay. Steep climb up Heaval is rewarded with a panoramic view. Exceptional Indian food at Cafe Kisimul - make sure you book!

Great little house in an absolutely gorgeous location—the perfect base for exploring Uist. Rhonda was an excellent host, regularly contacting us with any updates and ensuring that we had everything we needed. Hope to be back soon!

Sur notre road trip, une halte dans un logement atypique offrant une magnifique vue avec coucher du soleil. Le pod est propre et adapté pour un couple. Nous avons mangé dans la salle commune spacieuse et très fonctionnelle avec tout à disposition. Une belle expérience pour nous. Nous recommandons vivement pour les aventuriers des routes.

Magical! That’s the only truthful way of describing this place. It is extraordinarily beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. You’ll have world wonders at your door step, but you might just want to stay and enjoy the place given how magical it feels. If that was not good enough, Kathryn and Angus are the most lovely and generous host you can ever get, making you feel right at home in their beautiful forest. I’ll be coming back as long as I can!!!

This was a great escape from the bustle of the city. We loved the hot tub and the spacious kitchen. We made many meals to save money. If I come back to Scotland, will definitely stay here again.

to say eagles rest is a one in a million stay is an understatement, david was warm and friendly upon our arrival. you cannot beat the location and the view. easy to get to and so many wonderful little houses with locally made treats for sale. it was cozy romantic and we both agreed this is somewhere we would book over and over again. the home was pristine and the skylight above the bed proved for amazing star gazing at night. the hosts were wonderful and friendly. i cannot say a bad thing about eagles rest. thank you again!

The assistance from Deenie from booking to the day we left was 1st class, our family went over the new year period & it was just perfect start to finish. Really peaceful with incredible views of the surrounding areas. I would highly recommend this place. Northern lights shone over the property on New Year’s Day (perfect) was added bonus we didn’t expect. We will be back 100%, already thinking about our next visit.

The house on the Isle of Skye was more than big enough gorgeous four or even five people. The cozy living room was great for the evenings. The company, holidaycottages, was very professional and gave us all the information we needed. And in case of an emergency or other needs, the phonenumber of the owner was available as well. The view from the house was amazing as well and the wood stove and the jacuzzi were great bonuses. Would definitely book again!

Located in a beautiful area with all the amenities required. Easy access to the Quiraing hike.

We had a wonderful time in stunning Harris made all the better by staying in Deenie’s lovely cottage! We found it extremely clean on arrival and all well laid out. The views on to the bay were striking and the colours seemed to change all the time - no TV needed, just look out the window! Location was excellent too with only a short drive to some of the most amazing beaches.

Everything about the stay at the Grimsay Cabin was amazing! The space was spacious, modern, beautifully decorated. It had loads of tech which is unexpected but a great treat and we were welcomed with the best hamper of local goods. Travelling with a baby and a dog, this was the perfect place to accommodate us all which can be hard to find, Amy even provided a high chair and toys which were lovely and so helpful to have. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The hot tub was also a lovely treat for the evening with amazing views. We wished we were staying for longer here and will hopefully be back some day! Thank you so much for an amazing start to our roadtrip around the Outer Hebrides!
