Contemporary Living in the Historic Fan District

Built in 1911, this spacious home has been renovated to blend contemporary design and traditional architecture. Notice the bold feature walls and expressive artwork and head to the patio to enjoy a drink while cooking with the BBQ. The house features three bedrooms, two full baths, updated kitchen and basement with a washer / dryer, as well as a large front porch and backyard that features a outdoor TV, grill and table and chairs for six. Fully stocked kitchen features everything you'd need to cook. Super fast fios internet, Sonos sound system througout the house, 60 inch TV with AppleTV in family room, 60 inch TV w/AppleTV outside. The house is mere blocks from great restaurants like Kuba Kuba, Joe's Inn (my favorite) and Flora - just to name a few. Best coffee in town can be found at Lamplighter (5 blocks) and the best drinks are at Heritgage (2 blocks). About a 15 minute walked to The VMFA, Carytown shopping and The Museum District. Guests have full access to the house. I'm happy to assist you throughout your stay if you have any questions. Call or text. The Fan District is a superb location with tree-lined streets and historic homes. Head to the unique boutique shops, try some local cuisine in an independently-owned restaurant, and have fun exploring the Museum District. Walking or biking are your best bet. Everything is close and there's a bikeshare just down the street. Easy to use and lots of places to return.

Enjoy a one of a kind historic experience at this centrally-located home near the Carver Industrial Historic District of Richmond! Welcome to a modern charm, in the heart of Richmond with modern amenities. Just steps from the best the city has to offer. A block from scenic monument drive and only minutes from Cary Town and Scotts Addition. You can dine and shop at some of the best local businesses. The home features free parking, a full kitchen, and a tankless water heater for an endless hot shower in our spa like bathroom. Enjoy your morning coffee out on the private patio and fenced-in yard. New Modern Unit in Historic Old Manchester.

This modern 2 bed 2 bath first floor unit in Old Manchester is great for a Richmond visit. Located near all three of Richmond's downtown bridges you can't find a better home base for your excursions. If you want to explore the river, walk to Brown's island or hop one of the bridges to the Fan, the Financial District, or Shocko Bottom, it's all minutes away. We are animal lovers and have a few of our own. If you are bringing yours, please pick up after them and not have them on the furniture.

Historic Fan Home with Personality & Charm

Beautifully situated in the heart of the fan district, this home is steps away from shops, restaurants, and cafes. Walking distance to The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, Byrd Park, VCU, and Carytown. This home has three bright bedrooms and 2 1/2 deluxe baths. Sip coffee in the gated front yard or enjoy a book in the private back yard complete with fountain, fire pit table, and covered deck with TV. The cheerful kitchen is fully stocked with essentials. Lots of light and character.

LOCATION! COMFORTABLE BEDS AND A RELAXING MASSAGE CHAIR! This historical, beautiful townhouse is located in the heart of Richmond, Fan district! Over 20 restaurants, bars and galleries are right around the corner (walking distance, within a mile). I am 0.5 miles from VCU, 0.9 mile from Cary Street and within 2.5 miles from all other major districts. All bed sheets, pillow cases and towels are 100% cotton. Gorgeous historic home in the heart of the Fan

Welcome to my home in historic RVA! Located in the heart of the Fan district, it's the perfect location for your next adventure. Whether you want to visit some of our James Beard award winning restaurants, some of the city's 30+ amazing breweries, or explore local historic landmarks, Richmond truly has it all to offer. You can visit most places by foot, however, 2 on street parking passes are provided to use during your stay. Looking forward to your visit!
