Our cottage offers a relaxed comfortable stay with stunning mountain views & acres of parkland gardens to wander. Situated 10 km from Berry & 8 km from Kangaroo Valley, our location is perfect to explore these villages, South Coast Beaches (Jervis Bay a 1 hr drive) & the Shoalhaven region. Perfect for two (if there are kids or a 3rd adult a king single sofabed in the living area offers extra sleeping) - everyone loves interacting with our farm animals! 2 hr drive from Sydney 2.5 from Canberra.

The Red Barn: Self contained, quiet, close 2 town

A romantic, private, cozy, rustic-luxe barn retreat situated at the end of the driveway, separate from the house. The Red Barn provides a beautiful and serene space only a few minutes level walk into town. Simply walk out of the driveway, turn left, left at the cross street, then right and you’ll be across the road from the famous donut van. Berry Village pool is also just a few minutes level walk away at the Showgrounds. Head out for a meal/drinks and not worry about driving home. 🥳💫

Enjoy this private oasis directly opposite Berry Showground and pool. On a peaceful, wide street in yet central to all Berry has to offer (a flat easy walk to the Queen st shops) A luxurious king bed, full kitchen with an induction stove and oven, private laundry with washing machine and heat pump dryer, back and side deck. A hideaway in your own private section of the garden, with an amazing outdoor bath, ample cooking facilities inside and out, and fire pit, not to mention a comfortable queen bed with natural linen and towels, it's your base for the perfect Kangaroo Valley escape. A 5 minute walk from the village centre and 50m from the cycle and walking path, it's the perfect location too. Coffee machine, record player and provisions included.

The cottage is especially ideal if you are attending a wedding in The Valley, as buses to and from weddings usually pick up and drop off in the centre of town.

We live in a quiet neighbourhood nestled at the foothills of Cambewarra Mountain and ideally located between the picturesque villages of Berry & Kangaroo Valley.

For those longing for a country escape with the comforts of city living, Little Shed sits mountain-side just 5km out of Berry township. A true farm-stay, gaze upon paddocks, bushland and the sea; or catch a glimpse of our roaming Scottish Highlander Cattle. Soak up the view, visit the famous Seven-mile Beach and return for a night by the fireplace. If you derive comfort from the country, Susie the Goat and Stephanie the Deer will be there to greet you, any time of the day.

The Nest is a peaceful & private self-contained space, tucked away at the back of the property, and only a 5 minute stroll into town. All ground level, the Guest Apartment has its own private entrance, and consists of two spacious areas. The main lounge room is a large open plan space with kitchenette - including tea & coffee making facilities - then a separate generous sized bedroom with Queen bed and renovated ensuite bathroom. Pet friendly with fully enclosed fence.

Soul Sanctuary is a gorgeous luxury getaway for couples. Enjoy a chic, open plan coastal home full of light and awe inspiring ocean views from both sides of the house.
