Welcome to our Bella Vista private basement mini-suite close to Little Sugar, Back 40, Blowing Springs, and Tanyard Creek Trials. Ride your MTB bike a short distance to access Little Sugar right from our suite. We are a short drive to Bella Vista dining, shopping, and golfing. Drive 5 miles to access the northern end of Slaughter Pen Trails. Drive 7 miles to access Coler Preserve North Trail. Interested in birding and beautiful waterfalls - Tanyard Creek is a 1.5-mile drive from the unit.

The Treehouse Bungalow

The Treehouse Bungalow was personally renovated and designed by your hosts, Steve and M over the last year. All of the spaces are brand new and exude comfort & peace. From the cozy living room with electric fire place to the spacious deck facing the woods. You will find several, separate areas to make your own. We encourage you to take a break in the soaker tub or grab a book and lounge in the king size bed master. The bike trails, golf, and lakes all around. Come visit NWA and be our guest!

Welcome to Pedal and Perch, a custom-designed and built accessory dwelling cabin just minutes from downtown Bentonville, AR, Walmart HQ, and miles of incredible mountain biking. Enjoy a serene setting that tucks you among the trees and makes you feel like you are staying in your own treehouse. The cabin features a custom kitchen, one bathroom, a queen bed in the loft, a pullout sofa on the primary floor, and your very own outdoor bathtub looking in to the valley below.

You can hike or bike directly from the cabin, surrounded by forest on 3 sides and NO TRAFFIC! Enjoy two large covered porches with views of the woods where you can grill, read or enjoy your morning coffee. There's plenty of off street parking (street parking is NOT allowed, and a fire pit with wood! You and your dog will have plenty of room to run or just stretch your legs. Let your adventure begin by bringing your family, friends and even your pets to Bella Vista. This unique space has everything you need! It is close to the lakes, parks, golf courses, recreational centers and more. Outside our neighborhood is the 50 miles trail that connects to the Back 40 trail and other trails in the area. I'm sure you'll enjoy! Pets are welcome in our home! We do have a pet fee, please see house rules for more details.
