Tucked away from the main city, can hear frogs throughout the night but we had the fans going so it didn’t bother us. Excellent value, description is very accurate. No AC, but we visited in July and it was surprisingly comfortable with the fans going. We enjoyed our stay. Main thing that stood out was how kind Carren was. We asked if she had an extra lighter to light our mosquito coil (DONT FORGET TO BRING BUG SPRAY), and when we got to the house she had two forms of bug repellent, along with a citronella candle and a lighter in a basket for us to use. So sweet!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Alma's place—it's absolutely beautiful! Dave and Hadas are very proactive in their communication. They always respond promptly and check in to ensure we have everything we need. Alma's place is conveniently located near a supermarket, restaurants, and jungle activities.

Peace. That’s the feeling I had when I arrived here. In fact, I got emotional when we pulled up because the whole property took my breath away. I have nothing negative to say about this place. Catherine was so kind and such a pleasure to communicate with.

Our trip was amazing. The whole crew made our stay, from Andy and Amins delicious food to Kevin's hand crafted drinks the home felt like home immediately. Our unique and memorable daily adventure's were made possible by Brian, Jason and Papito. I couldn't have asked for a better crew. They took us places and did thing no excursion from a hotel would have ever offered. Everything about this house and vacation was the best. We look forward to the next time we visit.

Margaret was a wonderful host who was highly responsive. The home was as described and was the perfect place for us to shelter during the hurricane Beryl scare since it's solidly built and at the very top of a hill. All amenities were available, including a washer. Minor issue with my allergies playing up due to dust, but washing the curtains and running the a/c resolved that quickly. Overall, very good location and I'd stay there again.

Our entire stay felt supported and care-filled. We received extra care and attention to our unique needs with grace. Thank you to all who helped us.

Wonderful place to stay when visiting Caye Caulker. A little far from the “main strip” but I felt like it enhanced our experience. We were able to see places that we wouldn’t have seen if we were staying closer to everything. Everything was as described and very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

very great location close to all a vibrant cute little town. Sabrina and Mr. Kelley were wonderful. hosts had a lot of fun. Felt like we were visiting friends.

The condo is outside of the busy town and was really quiet at night, even though it’s on the main road. The place was actually better than the pics. Ocean view on the east and lagoon view in the west win/win. Pool close to the condo and restaurant, and bar onsite in the very back on the complex. A couple of stores, restaurants and bars within walking distance. AC is cold and showers were warm with good water pressure. Outlet controlling the microwave wasn’t working, as well as an outlet on the counter. Pretty sure a breaker had tripped. Vacasa would have come to reset it but we weren’t using the microwave so they were checking it out after we left. Washer and dryer are in a closet outside. Took me a day to figure it out. This is the first island stay were saw zero bugs in the place. I know it’s hard to keep them out in the Caribbean so this is a huge bonus. Very comfortable stay and would definitely stay again. Worth every penny!
