Great home in a great neighborhood close to Winterplace Ski Resort, Glade Springs Resort, Pipestem State Park to name a few local attractions. Also a short drive to White Water Rafting & Hatfield Mcoy Trails 2 parking spaces 2 full size couches 2 bunk beds & king available . WiFi & SmartTV. All linens & cookware provided, including coffee pot, coffee for your use and a few quick breakfast items. Back yard has a private sitting area with fire pit and small grill. Fire logs provided.

Vibrant 2 BR Home Rooted Near The New River Gorge

The Seed is inspired by nature in design, its rooted in a calm residential area in downtown Oak Hill WV. Only 12 miles drive to New River Gorge National park. Out in the country but close to everything. 2 miles off of I-77, 1 1/2 miles off of US 19. 20 minutes or less to NRG, Summit Bechtel Reserve & Burning Rock. 3 miles to Prosperity dirt track. Rafting, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing & rapelling are all near by. Skiing and tubing at Winterplace is 25 minutes via I 77 S. Plenty of parking for vehicles & trailers. Pets welcome inside up to 25 lbs. Owners nearby to assist if needed.

When visiting the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, stay at this quaint stone cottage less than a mile off of Route 19 in downtown Oak Hill, WV. Things to Note: This little cottage has skylights upstairs, so light floods into this space from sunrise to sundown. Also, the mattress is firm. Finally, the hot water is provided via a tankless hot water heater, which has been known to cause water temperature variability.
