This is the perfect getaway close to everything - tons of upgrades. New granite countertops, fridge, oven, paint. Spacious living area w/ 2 upstairs bedrooms & bathrooms (new mattresses - King & queen). Remote workstations. Garage for parking or storage. Deck with Private Hot Tub and Aspen filled yard

This 3BR 2 1/2BA has an open layout facilitating group/family interaction. From living area, glass doors open to deck with hot tub. From deck and living area, mountain views prevail in the winter and towering aspens provide shade in summer. A master suite is located steps above the living area and two bedrooms are located just below entry level. The back deck supporting the hot tub is on the main level directly outside the main living area.

My place is close to Situated on hole 11 of the Eagle Vail Golf Course, my home is conveniently located near Beaver Creek and Vail ski areas. In the immediate surrounding area there are diverse dining options, parks, shopping, and great outdoor recreation opportunities! I am located 3 minutes from the Beaver Creek parking area, and 12 minutes from the town of Vail. This accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
