Hey, so the place is in a quiet area, close to the tram, bus stop, and Promenade des Anglais. The sea is super clear, and the beach isn't too crowded, which we loved. There's a park with a small playground near the studio, which our kids loved. The studio looks exactly like in the pictures and the kitchen has everything you need for a holiday, and we liked that there was an iron and a vacuum too. The host was really quick to respond and super understanding with checking in and checking out times. Thanks, Valerie!

This is a wonderful apartment. Excellently equipped with two bathrooms (2 showers and 1 bathtub!). Super quiet for sleeping. You can walk anywhere to get supplies. A quick walk up to the old town. The host is really responsive and nice. The apartment is on top of another apartment in a house, so it’s not a block of apartments and no one is overhead. Which is really nice. The parking is directly in front of the front door which is excellent. The kitchen is super well equipped. The linens are great, including the towels. The beds are comfortable. Also, there is a TV (The description says there isn’t). Large fridge. Microwave. Toaster. Coffee maker. My daughter and I really had an excellent stay for a week.

From the second we arrived to the time we left everything was fantastic. Great early communication, greeting and instructions that couldn't be improved. The view from the lounge and roof top are sensational. The proximity to Fabron tram with supermarket a few steps away is a game changer. Our two trips to Monte Carlo were a breeze. The sea is literally a stones throw away and sunrises over the sea with our breakfast views across the Promenade des Anglais will remain with us forever. The choice of restaurants was extesive to match all budgets. We loved Bocca in the old town. The apartment is high spec we would definitely return of in Nice again. Thank you.

Nous recherchions un havre de paix pour passer le weekend entre amis, la villa était parfaite pour ça ! Entourée de nature et parfaitement équipée, nous avons passé un super weekend. Magdeleine est au top, accueillante et très flexible. Merci pour tout

Vue magnifique sur Sisteron, sa citadelle et les montagnes alentours. Très belle maison, très propre, très bien agencée, avec tous les équipements nécessaires et en très bon état pour un séjour de grand confort. Logement idéal pour nous pour un week-end au Mas des Cinq Fontaines, 900m plus haut par la route. Certainement la location la plus proche, critère très important à nos yeux dans le cadre d'un mariage. Seule ombre au tableau, nous n'étions là que pour un week-end et n'avons pas pu profiter de toutes les commodités de la maison et de la région de Sisteron :)

Nous avons loué le logement d'Elsa avec nos 3 enfants (6 à 11 ans) pour quelques jours. Logement très fonctionnel, bien situé. Elsa a toujours été très sympathique. Les randonnées conseillées par Elsa étaient magnifiques et à la portée des enfants. Commerces de proximité à 10min à pied. Je recommande vivement.

Super logement, spacieux et bien placé. Nous avons profité de la proximité avec le lac de Serre-ponçon et les pistes de ski à moins de 30min. Nous avons passé un super week-end. Les équipements, la propreté, etc. sont conformes à la description. Hôtes réactifs et très sympathiques.

one of our more memorable Airbnb’s to stay in. The view was spectacular. Loved the sound of the ocean so close by. Getting an Uber to go to Nice was very manageable. I recommended it to friends who live here in France. I will plan to come back!

Sandrine est une hôte très accueillante et sympathique et très à l'écoute .La terrasse sur le toit est très grande et très bien aménagée et nous offre une vue magnifique sur la mer. La piscine est belle. Nous reviendrons quand nous aurons l'occasion de revenir à Nice. Nous vous conseillons vivement ce logement .

Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. L’appartement est grand et chaleureux. Depuis le balcon, nous avions une vue exceptionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d’avoir accès à la piscine. Maria, Guy et Maini étaient très accueillants et soucieux de répondre à nos besoins. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter.

Amazing location, walkable to transport and Nice town centre, felt like a home away from home with all of the creature comforts a couple or family may need, also our hosts were very helpful and communicative. On the last day we caught the sunrise from the balcony, what a marvelous view! All in all a five star experience, very highly recommended.
