The property is fenced, complete with electric gate to facilitate movement in and out. It has an open plan kitchen/sitting room and a large balcony facing the sea.

The house is ideal for family time together with an open covered dining area with spectacular views. The main bedroom is on the lower level with its own shower-room with toilet and access to the dining area. The two bedrooms on the upper floor both have access to a shower-room (with toilet) and a separate toilet. There is an out-door shower to rinse off after walking up the private stairs from the rocks/beach path. The kitchen is right by the dining area.
