Large bedsit flat with kitchen and bathroom

The bedsit flat is situated downstairs as part of our 2 storied house. We live upstairs with our dog (a Collie cross called Nessie). It is entirely separate to our part of the house. Do expect some noise from us upstairs, but we try to keep it to a minimum. You have use of your own kitchen with a washing machine, and bathroom. We have a big garden and can offer a parking space for you behind the automated gate. Our place is very close to the beach, we are one road back from the dunes.

Dogs welcome with plenty of room to run around in the private, fully-fenced backyard. Fully stocked home with everything needed to make your stay a comfortable one. Property has one off-street carpark for guest use, with plenty more on-street parking available.

The guest wing is located down a hallway at one end of our home, separated by a screen and is for your exclusive use only. You will also have your own private entrance via the kitchenette. Whether you’re coming for a short beach break, event at nearby Baypark, or an extended stay, we’d love to welcome you.

Absolute beach front location on the dunes of stunning Mount Maunganui beach. This spacious luxe guest suite is ideal for a couple wanting a beach break at the Mount. Bedroom is separate from the living area and has a modern ensuite. The suite is located at street level without beach views , however, a short walk up the steps from your separate patio entrance takes you to the incredibly beautiful Mount beach. Washing machine available.

Located at the rear of our full size section, this new purpose built studio is the perfect place for your next beach escape. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach and 7 minute walk to the local shopping centre. The studio has its own deck and lawn area to enjoy the sunshine and take in the stunning sunsets over Papamoa Hills. Fitted out with all new items, we haven’t spared any expense to ensure you won’t be disappointed with your stay.

Come and enjoy the idyllic lifestyle that is Mount Maunganui. The Shaka Shack is a private studio and has all the latest mod cons. It is situated on our property but is an easy laid back and stylish space that you can come and go from at your leisure. We are a 3 minute stroll to the beach and a stones throw to Bayfair shopping centre, Baywave, Baypark/ASB Arena, Mount Main Street, Pilot Bay, restaurants, cafes and pubs.

This is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine on the deck after a busy day taking in all that Tauranga has to offer. The Surf Studio hosts a library with books on art, surfing and local culture. There is also a guitar. Short walk to the beach, tennis courts, Blake Park, Bay Oval, local dairy, and a little further, Downtown Mt Maunganui.
