This home is awesome, roomy, clean, the fenced in yard was awesome for the dogs! My favorite spot in the whole place was the back porch!! Cara is the best host I've ever had, she was great for restaurant advice, my neck was pretty messed up when we got there, asked her for a suggestion on a massage therapist, she hooked me up!! Very knowledgeable of the area! Thank you Cara, we had a blast.

We loved our stay at this house. The host was very helpful and communicative. The neighborhood is one of the prettiest we saw in the city of St. Petersburg and it's close to a bunch of really cool restaurants and bars. We had a great experience overall.

Convenient location. Very clean house. Perfect for our family of 3 and a dog. Our dog enjoyed fully fenced, well maintained yard! We hope to be back next year!

The house was festive. There is a lot of shade around the house. There are plants on the porch and outdoors that are well tended to. The house was in a nice neighborhood, so we walked a bit. There is a park with a beach not far away. We felt secure inside and out. The back yard was secure for our dog to run about a bit. All the amenities are as listed.

We had a great stay! The home was on a main road, but it was very quiet and safe. Great home for multi families and the teens really liked the game room to have their own space. The location was great for us and we really appreciated being minutes away from the airport.

We had a great stay at Luz's place! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and an easy walk to the Raymond James Stadium. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The place was very cozy, with a lot of space in the back yard for a relaxing chill area. Would stay here again!

Really enjoyed Nik's place. House is big and with huge backyard and enclosed porch. Big rooms with ample space. Pool was very nice and so was hot tub setting. Wish we could have had time to organize a barbeque in the yard. Distance from Beaches quite good. It was a bit further than I expected from downtown Tampa, but that was not Nik's fault; we thought that 30 minutes' drive to University of Tampa was ok, but after doing it several times it got a bit tiring (mostly because traffic during holidays). Overall, Nik's place was very nice, and we all felt "at home" as soon as we walked in the door. I addition, response to our questions was fast, and hosts were extremely gracious in accommodating our special request during our stay; they did not have to, but they did, and that really appreciated. Great hosts.

This was our first time using airbnb. House was just as described. Loved the pool and hot tub. Location of the home was close to everything from beaches to resturants and stores. Neighborhood was very quiet . We would def stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here , the location was quiet with great neighbors, close to the beaches and many things to do. The pool was perfect, love the heating option. Honestly definitely recommend booking if you like the city vibe, but also coming home to a relaxing quiet evening.

We only had a couple of days here bolted on at the end of a hectic week of Cheer competitions at the world champs. Great place to wind down before heading home. Sadie’s house is in a fantastic neighbourhood, quiet, yet close to the beach. It is also perfect for just staying in, using the patio and pool to relax and chat with family. Would recommend.

Austin and his team were very responsive and had clear communication. The home is very clean and has a great outdoor space! Listing is a quick drive to many local options such as dining and the beach.

We were blown away by how beautiful and clean the house and pool were! The yard and firepit were nice too! Felt right at home and comfortable as soon as we walked in. I would highly recommend staying here. It had everything we needed, and was a perfect fit for our family!

Great location to walk to the beach! Appreciated the available beach necessities: umbrella, chairs, toys, towels, etc. Updated & very clean. Inviting and welcoming atmosphere. Generally quiet location. Would stay here again!!

Christina is a fantastic host. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She even gave me fresh eggs from her chickens and drove me to and from the airport as I was not renting a car. I was able to get around easily on her beach cruiser biicycle going to nearby restaurants and shops and about a ten to twelve minute ride to the beach. It was so peaceful and quiet and the hot tub was wonderful!

The space is so cozy, it felt like home! So close the beach, only about a 10min drive. You can walk to the coffee shop, liquor store and an organic market. The bus stop is about 2 blocks from the house which takes you downtown where all the bars are. Pamela was such an amazing host! Gave us a whole bunch of places to go eat and have a good time at- she is the cutest! Literally felt like you were staying with family!

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Daniel’s place. The home is very well-equipped. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches— that office chair is so comfortable!— and it’s rare to find an AirB&B with a kitchen that has everything you’d need to cook a nice meal at home. We had a busy time during this trip, and we confirm that this is a great spot to hunker down if you need to get work done. Overall our biggest complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer! We both hope to return and stay for much longer next time. Thanks, Daniel!

The hosts were so generous and understanding with the adjustments to the stay. I felt bad for having to adjust the stay due to the hurricane recovery, but they were really helpful and got back to me quickly!

Beautiful and quiet haven in Safety Harbor Florida. John and Ellen were gracious hosts. They provided a welcoming space with beverages and snacks. John was very responsive with queries. House is in a safe, walkable neighborhood just a couple blocks away from restaurants and shops. Great place to relax after watching Spring Training games at Clearwater and Tampa. Go Phillies!
