The cottages private back garden boasts beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. There's a full 6 acres to roam, plenty of space for kids to play.

Sea Peeks

Original Kiwi holiday home from the past that has been added to and modernised to give you an ideal relaxed and comfortable holiday stay. This comfortable north facing fully fenced, three bedroom bach has great indoor/outdoor flow an outdoor hot shower and plenty of outdoor space to play. The Bach sits two houses back from the beach with peaceful sounds of the waves and peeks of the sea and Motiti Island. Pets are welcome to join you for you stay (refer to Pet House Rules below).

The location is very quiet, but it is only a short walk (15-20 mins) or taxi ride to the bustle of the CBD. The property is a tastefully renovated 3-Bedroom (optional 4th Bedroom) cottage with a range of amenities to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. There is ample parking for at least four vehicles.

The Bach is light, modern, comfortable, within walking distance of beach and village. There is unlimited fibre internet, ducted air conditioning and heating, and linen and bath-towels are provided. Please bring your own beach-towels. Maximum occupancy is 4 guest. Homewood cottage is situated in a private garden behind the main homestead “Homewood”. Homewood was built in 1876 by Dr Thomas Fletcher and was the original farm house in the area. The cottage was built in the early 1900s when the property was owned by George Alley a well known philanthropist. Guests can enjoy the private lawn and garden around the cottage, and wander down the hedgerow to the pond overlooking the Tauranga harbour.
