Lovely spot by the lake. Would definitely stay again.

We had such memorable stay at Mary’s. Easy to find and so close to the lake. Beautifully decorated and so comfortable if felt like home. Mary gave us some great tips for local attractions and left us extra special treats just to make us feel welcome! Could not recommend highly enough.

Sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Rebecca und ihr Mann managen den Komplex mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen. Parken im Innenhof inbegriffen. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Über den Ort muss man wissen, dass er an einem Hafen liegt, zum Ohope Beach muss man fahren.

Superb location with the most amazing views. Place was extremely clean, very spacious and had everything you could possibly require (great cutlery & crockery, glass wear and plenty of platters and serving bowls). Lovely big dining table, plenty seating inside and out. Easy access to the beach with a lovely long stretch of beachfront to walk all the way down to the lagoon and pier where you can fish. Pool was heated and hot tub available. Beds were extremely comfortable and plenty of storage space available. Highly recommend and already looking to see when I can come again.

The place was clean and easy to find, with a convenient location near the city centre. The hosts were fantastic—they welcomed us upon arrival and clearly explained the check-in process, as well as recommended nearby restaurants. The property looked exactly like the photos.

We had a great time staying at Mount Handy Dandy. Diane was very kind and welcoming, and we enjoyed our visit. The location was perfect to visit the Main Street and the mount and beach.

This house is a great place to stay for a large family like ours, who are now adults including a few grandchildren. There was plenty of room for us all and all the amenities made for a very pleasant stay. We had everything we needed to be able to feel right at home, except for maybe not being able to watch tv but it made for a very relaxing time. Thank you for opening the lovely house for Airbnb use

We had a great time there with our family. The house was great, lots of room inside and out. Great location close to the beach and town center.

When we come back to Rotorua I will save time by not looking elsewhere. If it's available, we will stay here every time. Clean and contemporary with modern appliances and fittings. With four televisions, there is no need to fight over what to watch. With lots of rain, it was really appreciated that we could drive onto a double garage and then walk straight inside. If you've ever reversed down a driveway you'll have no problems with this driveway. If you've never reversed down a driveway, don't worry, there's enough room to do it easily. We had a seven-seater van and had no difficulty getting in and out. If you're thinking of staying in Rotorua, you should seriously consider staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay!!! The apartment itself is so spacious, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The location was close to everything- we walked everywhere the weekend. Will most definitely be back - this is the perfect place for a weekend in the Mount!

I really recommend staying at Barb's place, it's got everything you would need for a short or longer stay. There's lots to do in the area and Barb gave some great recommendations and helpful information. As a host Barb is the best I've ever had, fast response time, friendly and very helpful, she really goes above and beyond!

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.

The place is in a perfect location with lovely views of the lake. Louise was very quick to respond to a query. Very happy to recommend this accommodation.

Walking distance to restaurants, and they will be building a Woolworths nearby soon. Was so peaceful watching the river flow by from the balcony.
