Less than 10 minutes into Rotorua and all the geothermal & other tourist attractions. Note: this neighbourhood does NOT have the famous Rotorua sulphur smell :)

Lilypad is in a rural setting situated just five minutes from Bethlehem Town Centre with some great little eateries and also being a short distances from Tauranga CBD You can sit on the deck or breakfast bar and think about the day ahead or settle in for a barbecue relaxing for the night. Cereals/toast/spreads/milk/juice/tea.coffee etc provided. We are ten minutes from Fernlands spa/hotpools and five minutes from Waimarino Adventure Park. Please note this space is not suitable for children

Sweet Retreat

This studio-sized cabin is self-contained and approximately 100 meters from the main house. It has a very comfortable Queen-size bed with an electric blanket for colder months. A spacious deck with waterfall views and walnut trees compliments the cabin. It is situated on a 20-acre rural property, with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing, offering dining and shopping options. Continental breakfast is included. Uber Eats also delivers!

Private getaway for 1 or 2 people. Easy walk to the beach, Trig walk, Surf Club, RSA & Flatwhite. Our Guesthouse is new, warm, stand alone, self contained & North facing. Bask in the sun on the large deck & cook on the Bbq. Parking room for a small boat or a Campervan. The Guesthouse in our front yard is down a 'right of way' (perfect for stargazing) & is 30 m's from our house. Native trees, brings you privacy & an enclosure of a tropical garden makes you feel like you're in the tropics.

The Orchard Studio.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, just off the main Pyes Pa Road. Tucked away in a very private tranquil setting only 9km from Taupo is our 1 bedroom guesthouse with separate kitchen area, lounge and bathroom. Surrounding the cottage is an expansive deck where you can take in the stunning country garden or just sit back and listen to the silence. Plenty of parking. WIFI available - not fibre, but get 15-20mbps. Sometimes WIFI is erractic for reasons unknown. Sorry no pets.
