MARETA III - waterfront

Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

✸ N&N Amazing Balcony View Apartment near the Sea✸

We are renting a newly comfortable one bedroom apartment with the balcony and one of the most stunning views on the Bay of Kotor. Its position is perfect for swimming and seaside walks. The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary furniture and household appliances and a fast WiFi connection. Ideal for couples and families with kids. Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

From the balcony, you can enjoy beautiful views of Boka Bay and the Verige Strait. Guests also have access to the terraces in front of the house, which are arranged on three levels. Stolywood Apartment

The apartment is located only couple of steps from the sea in the house with a big terrace in front, swimming pool and a spacious garden all around. You can rest in your apartment, on your private balcony with a sea view, or you can enjoy swimming looking at Perast, and two beautiful islands in the Bay. The apartment is fully equipped, located on the second floor and you will have no doubt the best view in the house.
