Rest and reflect in this charming home nestled between almond and olive trees. Just a short drive from Dubrovnik, this family-friendly spot invites guests to unwind in the heated pool under the stars or wake up to coffee on the terrace—a truly ideal oasis. River house is two bedroom and two bathroom hacienda with a pool, located in Mlini 10 min from Dubrovnik and near the see and beautiful beaches. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry room, terrace, pool and parking. During your stay at our house I will be able to help you. You can contact me on e-mail or text. The home is located in the small fishing village of Mlini. The ancient village offers up a pristine environment with stunning beaches, as well as a rich historical and cultural heritage. Dubrovnik and Cavtat are also easily accessible. House is 10km from Dubrovnik, and 5 min walk to the center of Mlini where are beches and restaurants and caffes. There is shopping mall 1 km away. New house with 2 bedrooms with sea view!

Wonderful new house with 2 bedrooms and a huge studio inthe city of Sutomore.The house is located at the far end of the town, so it is very quiet around, has a nice terrace with great view of the sea and mountains, roof terrace (60m2). tranquil and perfect for yoga. Fully equipped with:Air conditioning, mosquito nets, blinds, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, linen and towels. Comfortably sleeps 4 persons in bedrooms and 1-2 on the sofa in the living room. Washing machine and hot water boiler

☆City getaway☆ Completely renovated country house

This charming village house was completely renovated in 2018. It has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, an entrance garden with a barbecue and a wide yard with a brick rotisserie. The holiday home stands at 600 m above sea level and is peaceful and quiet, allowing you to immerse in untouched nature. All the rooms have a mountain view. The nearest beach is in Meljine, 12km away. Places of interest include the walled town of Herceg Novi (15km) and mountains (Orjen and Subra, both higher than 1500 m).

Spacious family seaside stonehouse

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 17th century and completely renovated in 2021. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style and stone rustic with modern amenities. Back of the house has lush green garden for relaxation. Set in a peaceful Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has undisturbed sea views.

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

old stone house ,house (200m2- 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms,3 kitchen,and apartman(studio) in very quiet place . House is all renovated(2019-2020). house is near the sea,about 30 m.each room looking on the sea.House have AC.there is a beautiful garden(150m2garden+terrace) for guests and terrace.. My place is quite and homey. It has a great location, just 2 steps from the sea. It's perfect for any type of travellers, also booking for events is available.

Old Sailor house rent

New fully equipped private house located in quiet place in Kupari . On disposal you have lougers, outside sitting and dining space with beautiful view , jacuzzy(no sharing) , air condition, outdoor shower, free wifi etc...For guest with car we provide private parking place. House has two bathrooms , kitchen, dining and living space , one bedroom and sofa which can be bed as needed. Bank and bus station are within 2 min walking.

Stone House on the SEASIDE

This carefully restored 3 bedroomed house with air conditioning and every modern convenience, is located in a small properties beside the sea in Orahovac, a quiet village in the most select part of the remarkably beautiful Kotor Bay, a World Heritage Site. At the rear, a garden has parking for one car; at the front, a small terrace and lawns extend 5 metres to the sea. The coast is uncrowded and very safe for children.

Seaside Lovely Stone House

In a very quiet and peaceful area, you'll have a great time here. It is a stone house that has been renovated and equipped with the new furniture and appliances.There is a fireplace for cozy nights, as well as patio to enjoy dinner out in the open.
