Maison moderne, confortable munie d’un jardin plein sud sans vis à vis. Parfait pour se détendre dans un quartier calme 10 min de La Rochelle. Le logement de 50 m2 comporte un grand séjour avec canapé convertible 2 places, une cuisine aménagée avec tous les équipements, une salle de bain, une chambre spacieuse avec lit double, lit bébé parapluie et 2 places de parking privatives. La maison est décorée avec les goûts actuels, idéale pour passer des bons moments en famille ou entre couple d’amis

L'appartement a un accès direct au tram A+ parking privé+ Wifi fibre haut débit. Idéal télétravail. Ty Paulette est une petite dépendance de la maison principale qui est aussi en location à 20 mn du village, et 25 mn du port à pied, elle a été conçu pour un couple et PMR (personne à mobilité réduite), petite mais confortable vous y serez comme dans un cocon, dans ce havre de paix de notre village Kerdurand à Groix, vous y trouvez tout, salle de bain, cuisine et jardin arrière à votre disponibilité, que vous soyez en situation de handicap ou pas, elle saura vous séduire par sa simplicité .

Acogedor Apartamento a 9 min de playa

Bienvenido a nuestro Apartamento " Carbayu", de reciente construcción, situado a 9 min de la playa San Lorenzo, en el demandado Barrio de La Arena, a 8 min del Parque Isabel La Católica y Plaza de toros y a 15 min del centro y del casco histórico. Está formado, por un cocina americana totalmente equipada, un dormitorio en suite con cama matrimonial y un baño totalmente equipado. Nuestros apartamentos son un homenaje a nuestra tierra asturiana, un lugar donde relajarse al final del día.

Nice apartment of 80 mtrs completely renovated, next to San Lorenzo beach, has an elevator for 2 people, 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen equipped with washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine and everything you need for the stay, you also have towels, sheets, high chair, wiffi, hangers.
