Two bedrooms and one bath.

2 bedroom house with one bath, kitchen, living area and an open porch with a beautiful view of the patio and pool. Weekly cleaning service provided at no additional cost. Electricity and personal items are NOT included. 1 pet maximum with a one time fee of $80. Can be paid at check in (Pet must be friendly since other guests and pets share the same property) Check-out time is at 11:00a.m, any guest remaining after check-out time will be charged for an additional day( $180).

Beach Sunset Studio - Amazing location!

The Beach Sunset Studio, part of the Paradise Regained properties is a simple, self-contained retreat, has panoramic views of the amazing sunset on the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained beachfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks & Adirondack rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

S3-West Bay 2 Bedroom Apt-2 min walk to the beach!

This luxury two bedroom suite is conveniently located on the second level near the pool with two private balconies . It consists of two large bedrooms with a king size bed and large private bathroom in each. It has a large living room area, dining table and full kitchen. It’s walking distance to an undeveloped beach, or you can continue on to famous West Bay Beach or Westend Village. Spend your day at our infinity pool and hot tub. (Stairs are involved in accessing this unit)

Crabby Cabin@Turtle Beach Beachfront Property-Dock

The Crabby Cabin is a beautiful cabin for 2. It has a screened in porch for enjoying your morning coffee and listening to the ocean. It has a fully appointed stainless steel kitchen and private stone bath. It features a queen bed, A/C, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. It is one building back from the beach so within approximately 35 steps your toes hit the beautiful sand. This is our smallest island style villa on the property at 13x16 - 205 sq. ft.

The Little Grass Shack

We are delighted to once again offer our unique cottage to travellers. Recently renovated (June 2023) with a new thatched roof, fresh paint, and love. The Grass Shack is a relaxing space with high ceilings, a queen sized bed, private bathroom, a comfortable sofa, work space, and an old rocking chair to chill in with a book. It has a private patio, and guests are welcome to use our little pool to cool down.

Perched atop a hillside overlooking Half Moon Bay in the heart of West End Village is The Moroccan bungalow. The Moroccan is a two bedroom bungalow perfect for families. A favorite of many of our guests the Moroccan is set off the beaten track yet just steps away from all the action in West End. From now until 2025, we have construction going on in the area.

private cabana with a beautiful ocean view

My place is a 10 -15 minute walk to West End, the beach , restaurants and diving . The nicest feature of my cabana is the peaceful feeling of overlooking the jungle and viewing the Caribbean , it is very private and tranquil. Everything is brand new. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.
