The bathroom has a large shower and plenty for room you to get ready for your night in West End. Sip on your morning coffee on your private deck and watch the wild macaws fly in for their morning visit. The lush jungle is all around you with the breezes to keep you cool while you relax in the hammock.

The Beach Casita is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a rustic, self-contained oceanfront retreat with views of the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained oceanfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks and Adirondack rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

This cozy one-bedroom apartment on the FIRST floor is located a short walk to Half Moon Bay Beach and the heart of West End village. Dive shops, Woody's groceries, Sundowners and restaurants are all within walking distance. Newer construction with granite countertops, gas appliances, 32 inch flat screen tv, queen size bed, washer and dryer, full kitchen and a patio are great for a relaxing holiday, scuba diving trip, and a place to call home while visiting.

The Crabby Cabin is a beautiful cabin for 2. It has a screened in porch for enjoying your morning coffee and listening to the ocean. It has a fully appointed stainless steel kitchen and private stone bath. It features a queen bed, A/C, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. It is one building back from the beach so within approximately 35 steps your toes hit the beautiful sand. This is our smallest island style villa on the property at 13x16 - 205 sq. ft.

The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.

The Little Grass Shack

We are delighted to once again offer our unique cottage to travellers. Recently renovated (June 2023) with a new thatched roof, fresh paint, and love. The Grass Shack is a relaxing space with high ceilings, a queen sized bed, private bathroom, a comfortable sofa, work space, and an old rocking chair to chill in with a book. It has a private patio, and guests are welcome to use our little pool to cool down.
