Harless & Hugh Loft

Recently renovated!! Sun-drenched and comfortable fully furnished downtown loft apartment with parking, centrally located in Bay City. Photographers are NOT allowed to book without approval from the host. We have changed our rates for photography use. We look forward to welcoming couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers from all backgrounds! We own Harless + Hugh Coffee which is located below the loft as well as a craft cocktail bar, The Public House, located just a block away.

Indoor Infinity Pool /Wine Barrel HotTub /Sun Room

This home was created for my wife (Sarah) after we received difficult news of her cancer diagnosis (Ewing Sarcoma) while pregnant. We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property. Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together. We now visit for my little kids to remember their mom. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Completely renovated 1 bedroom upstairs apartment only 5 blocks from Main street with all new flooring, paint, furniture, appliances, cabinets, you name it. This location puts you in the middle of it all, easy walking distance to downtown ( .4 miles), Dow gardens ( .5 miles), the Midland Country Club ( 1.2 miles) or the Loons Dow Diamond ( 0.9 miles). Tanner Bldg Apt 10 - Studio (Downtown)

Built in 1867, the Averill Block is consider the oldest continuous use commercial building in the State of Michigan as well as the oldest building in downtown Bay City. The 12 ft ceilings and 8 foot tall windows allow for a light and airy feel. Located steps away from everything in downtown Bay City, you can simply park your car for the weekend and walk to everything. All communication will be within the booking channel you use for your reservation.
