The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second room has a tri-bunk, with a double bed on the bottom and single bed on the top. All linen is provided.

W. F. Waters Lodge is located close to the entrance of Mount Baw Baw Village and within a short walk to ski runs and dining facilities. The full lodge sleeps up to 40 people in 8 rooms with a mixture of bedding configurations, suiting small, large or school groups.
