this clean and comfortable apartment boasts a beautiful view of Batam. located right above a mall, staying here provided much convenience when it came to food options. having a TV in both the living room and bedroom, the space is ideal for getaways and great for relaxing. Diki was also helpful and provided a variety of snacks to welcome us. on a side note, we noticed that the wifi is not always reliable and it took us awhile to get the Netflix working. overall, we loved this place and will definitely be our apartment of choice when we return.

This is the second time me and my family stay at Edi’s place. The unit still feels so homie and near from anywhere at Batam Edi and the staff always ready and fast respond when i need a help Hope can be back again soon ❤️

The unit itself is amazing, worth every penny you spend compared to other building in the area. Plus you get a friendly and reponsive host to help you out. I really enjoy my stay here.

Nice little apartment with excellent views!

Good place to stay, tidy and clean. The space was even better than described spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring batam, with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The host very responsive. I will definitely back!

Great Location. only 5 mins walk from Batam International Ferry Terminal. 3-4 mins walk to the mall which has a few great restaurants. The Apartment lobby is nice. check in is very easy. Jefry's apartment is on the 30th floor n corner lot, thus we have a great view of Batam City. The rooms are clean. Wifi is superb. it's value for money. Definitely I will stay here again whenever I come to Batam

I love the place, is very easy to check in and very nearby. Preferably would need a car to travel around for convenience. It is smaller than expected but is all good. Great for couples

Great Location, Stunning View, and Super Convenient! I had a wonderful stay here! The view from the unit is amazing—perfect for relaxing mornings or quiet evenings. It’s very easy to get a Grab car from the location, which made exploring Batam super convenient. Plus, it’s just a 5-minute drive to Batam Center Ferry Terminal, which is perfect if you’re coming from Singapore. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. Highly recommended and I’d definitely stay here again!

Initially, I booked the apparent from 22 December to 26 December but later I extended until 5 January. Just didn't want to find something else 😅 Always feel comfortable and cozy there

To be short and sweet, I had a pleasant stay and the host is very responsive. The best thing about this place is the killer view of the ocean! I would return to stay here again in the future just for the view.

The unit is very modern and clean. Very comfortable to stay in. The host is very helpful and responsive. I have no hesitation in recommending this place if you are staying in Batam.

Our family of 6 adults and 3 young children stayed here for 2 nights. It was very clean and had everything we needed. There is a water filter that dispenses by hot and cold water and clean towels. My kids enjoyed the water play inflatable in the garden and the toys in the house. Sunway citrine, a family friendly mall with a supermarket and restaurants is just across the road which makes it super convenient. Legoland is also a short 10 minute drive away. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay here. Location is good to reach around favorite city spots with peaceful and secure neighborhood. All key amenities (aircon, TV, water, fridge, internet, washing machine, etc.) functioned properly. Some complimentary consumables are provided for convenience. Host is responsive for any inquiries and help.

Orlando is a great host who was extremely attentive to your needs. He is friendly and will put your comfort as priority. The house is huge and has everything you need for a quick vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Sri’s house was exactly as described and was such a cosy and comfortable home to my family during our stay. Place fits 6 pax comfortably. Full kitchen amenities provided and very pretty neighbourhood with a clubhouse access for facilities. Location is slightly out of town / touristy area so you will probably need to rent a car or to take a Grab/Gojek. We didn’t see much food options nearby except some local coffee shops. There’s a large supermarket nearby to stock up on groceries. All in all, would recommend for families visiting Batam!
