The cabin is situated on our multigenerational, operational farm. Experience rural life in depth. Outdoor activities are available throughout the area: ample hiking trails, kayaking excursions, fishing, Lake Moomaw, the infamous natural, warm spring waters bubbling from the earth, etc.!

Step back in time at this 1920 historic home, part of the original properties near The Omni Homestead Resort. Just steps from the resort and downtown Hot Springs, this beautifully preserved home offers 2,337 square feet with three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, two sunrooms, and private backyard patio. Modern amenities blend seamlessly with its historic charm, including central heating and cooling. Relax in the landscaped yard or explore nearby restaurants, a brewery, and shops for a perfect getaway.

Ashwood Farmhouse

Welcome to the Ashwood House! A three-bedroom home located in Hot Springs, VA. The Ashwood house is a traditional four-square house built in the 1920s. It is made of brick and offers great insulation and naturally maintains a comfortable temperature. While the house isn't air-conditioned centrally, there are ceiling fans in each bedroom and the kitchen, plus a couple of strategically placed window units (May). The house does have central heat. Only 2 dogs permitted, must note on reservation.

Brent's Cabin

Enjoy our cozy and comfortable cabin situated on 20 private wooded acres near several trout streams, George Washington National Forest, Virginia Game Commission, hiking trails, and caves. Brent's Cabin sleeps four, including a double bed and two twin beds in the loft. For skiing we are 1 hour and 30 minutes from snowshoe and 30 minutes from The Homestead. For fishing we are 5 minutes away from the Bullpasture, 10 minutes from the Cowpasture, and 25 minutes from the Jackson River.

Charming 2 bedroom 1 bath guest house sleeps four looking over the Cowpasture River on a 350 acre working farm. Guest may use of our concrete tennis court and explore miles of hiking trails that lead to the national forest. Farm is surrounded by over 2.5 miles of the Cowpasture River. There is a gravel beach right beside the bridge entering the farm where one can enjoy wading and swimming. River here is 3-4 feet deep depending on the season and stream flow.

Rendezvous at Rhonda's View!! Enjoy your morning coffee and evening beverage while sitting on the deck or screened-in porch overlooking the Cowpasture River. It is truly a special place of serenity. Geese, heron, and an occasional eagle fly along the river valley. The Cowpasture is one of America's most pristine rivers. **Please make sure to read "Other Details to Note" for notes and rules regarding the water filtration system and no smoking policy.
