RIVERTOWN COTTAGE is very conveniently located right in the middle of Batesville, Arkansas. WALK to Batesville’s Community & Aquatic Center or Riverside Park using the trail system adjacent to the home. White River Health hospital is just across the street should you need that convenience for work or visiting. Within a 1-1.5 mile radius of the home you can visit everything Batesville has to offer- shopping, eateries, movie theater, library, Lyon College & historic downtown. Parking for 5.

This cabin sits in a quiet community just outside of Pangburn, AR which is home of the Rainbow Trout. Within 15-20 minutes is Heber Springs and Searcy and within 1 hour is Conway and Little Rock. It has been gutted to the studs and has new furniture and appliances. Urban/industrial feel.
