Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

The unit was on the 3rd floor (rooftop), so if you are traveling with senior, it’s not advisable since malalaki steps ng stairs. Malaki ang balcony. The room was just right for 4pax. Mainit sa tanghali, di kaya ng AC, so good thing may electric fan to help circulate the air. Plates were a bit small, we were 4 and had 4 plates. So wala kami magamit pang serving plate. We were able to cook sa terrace since not allowed to cook inside, which is ok lang. CR was okay naman, with bidet, flush & hot water. Pero maliit yung drainage so matagal mawala water sa floor pag naligo ka. I liked that they have free drinking water, and it was self-check in. So nakapasok kami with no issues even at 12 midnight.

We'll never forget our stay in this unit - the warm hospitality and cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. The unit was spotlessly clean and fresh, modern, and yet felt like a cozy home. We were impressed by the complete interior and the thoughtfulness of providing everything we needed, including drinking water, utensils, basic supplies, and cooking ware. The aesthetic vibe of the unit was delightful, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The entire booking process, from initial inquiry to check-in and check-out, was seamless and well-handled by Ms. Tes, with assistance from Ms. Violy and Ms. Noemi. They were responsive, helpful, and ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay. If we could have stayed longer, we definitely would have! We'd love to return and experience it again. Thank you Sir Mel. My family enjoyed your place. Very generous with toiletries that we do not need to use ours. Place is quiet and safe, we slept very well. Both rooms upstairs has bathroom and another 1 downstairs that is very helpful for us coz we do not need to wait for each other to finish. Fully airconditioned even downstairs. It also has a room for house maid which is useful for us coz we brought our helper with us that day. TV has netflix 😍 One thing I will suggest is if you can install big mirrors in the rooms as it is difficult to prepare and do makeup in small mirrors in the bathroom. But overall this is perfect. 👌 next time we need to do something in Muntinlupa area, I will book this again.

I had a wonderful stay at Maricris' unit. The room was very convenient, and having a washing machine was definitely a plus. The lanai was a great addition as well. The communication and prompt responses from the host were much appreciated, and the staff at Verdin were incredibly friendly. The food fair nearby was an added bonus, offering many dishes I’ve missed, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone. I loved everything about it.

We had a great time staying with the place. The house has been designed well and the neighborhood itself is peaceful. If you are looking for a place to relax with family and friends, I recommend this one. Just a tip, bring with you groceries and food because the place is quite far from restaurants and supermarket.

The place is very accessible. Self check in was smooth. The place was in great condition when we arrived. Clean and very comfortable. Wifi is lightning fast kahit marami kami. Malamig sa place. We had a great time.

We extended our stay and Sir Jovanni was able to give us good deal discount. He’s very easy to communicate with. Nice and cozy place and Ms Regina is very helpful since she always helps to find a ride from the place and also gives a lot of possible recommendations.

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. Ate Angie is very polite and always there to accommodate our needs. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. Thank you so much.

Jannette’s place was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The house has three bedrooms, all with cool, refreshing air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Jannette was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions to her place and even sharing tips on where to go and which malls were open during Holy Week. Her thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

The place is so tidy and spacious. Sobrang helpful ni ate Lala.. She helped us cook and buy foods and utensils that we need. She did above and beyond in customer service. Marerelax ka talaga. And this place is good for family/ barkada outing

If you really want to get away with stress then this is the place for you. Peaceful, quiet and private place that I would highly recommend. Wish the refrigirator is bigger so if we want to stay longer then we can keep more food. But nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay and will surely book again!

Sobrang accessible nung place! We booked this unit kasi need namin ng malapit sa concert venue (SM Southmall Events Hall), and it was super convenient. Pero mas okay po sana kung nakasagad yung sofa sa wall para hindi masyadong malapit sa TV, since ang laki ng screen. Tapos maybe a lower working table in between the TV and the sofa would be better. Pero overall, 5 stars pa rin—we had a great stay!

We had a great stay here! The place is relaxing and accessible to a lot of restaurants. Host is responsive and was able to check in early. Plus it is a pet friendly!

Nice location! The caretaker is quite accommodating, and it's a plus to have an honesty store! All in all, it was an amazing experience!

Very cozy and quiet room, hosts are very responsive to questions, and location is very accessible and the check in is very easy. Great place for quick getaways without breaking the bank. Probably the coziest apartment with the best interior design at pico de loro. It's close to the country club and a nice walk to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped for bringing your own supplies. Marlon is friendly and his caretaker was quick to help.

Katrina's place really provided us comfort during our stay in Las Piñas. I am about to give birth to our baby and since we live in Laguna, this place served as our temporary home. The place is so convenient and I was able to relax before our big day. Katrina is also responsive and you can easily reach out to her. I highly recommend this place! You got the basic needs in here. ❤️
