We offer two beautiful cottages (The Hemingway and The FW) that are located on 50 acres at the end of a dead end road. Surrounded by thousands of privately owned acreage, featuring abundant wildlife (deer, turkey, birdwatchers paradise). This is a working cattle ranch so you can take in sunsets as cattle graze in front of you. Cottages are newly built and fully furnished. Lofts for reading, custom tile showers, outdoor fire pits and lounge area. Cottages are located away from main house.

There is a private balcony off the back where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the horses and listen to the birds, it's like being in a treehouse! The sunsets are amazing here! **During summer it's too hot to sleep in loft, so we limit guests to a total of 2 people in downstairs bedroom.** 1930s farm house on 18 acres. Mix of modern & antique; wood floors, cream plaster walls, comfortable period furnishings. Kitchen has marble counters, gas stove, undercounter fridge, dishwasher. The oversized cowboy bathtub is a converted water trough. This space features an open floor plan that includes 2 queen plus 1 twin size beds, a kitchenette and entertainment center. Vaulted ceilings make for a cozy stay.

We have a Roku TV in the living room as well in the master room configured with a Amazon and Netflix set up application, which gives you access to the network, This also allows you to log into your own streaming services such as , Hulu, HBO, Cinemax and so on.
