Stone house, jacuzzi, center, 200m from the beach

Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Sea view studio apartment Milenko in Brela center

Apartman je renoviran 2024. godine. Obiteljska tradicija iznajmljivanja apartmana traje od 1980. godine. Apartman je okrenut prema moru, gdje možete uživati na balkonu s prekrasnim pogledom na more i otoke. Nalazi se u samom centru Brela, svega 4-5 minuta od centra, plaže i svih aktivnosti. Restorani, supermarket, pekara, kafići, ljekarna, crkva i plaža mogu se obići pješice, a parking vam je besplatan. Domaćin će vas dočekati i dati vam sve preporuke. Apartman idealan za parove i solo putnike.

Sea view stone house Donkey

Don't rent this if you don't want peace and quiet.Close your eyes and imagine: authentic old village, only few people living, stone houses, sound of crickets, intact nature, view on Adriatic sea and islands,Biokovo mountain, pine and olive trees, meditereanean feel. We filled house with warmth and positive energy, but we don't have pool or jacuzzi, we have something better-Adriatic sea, only 2 km away. House is located above Baska Voda-2min by car,on feet of Biokovo mountain with amazing view.

Malo, pitomo turističko mjesto nalazi se u podnožju Biokova, 5 km južno od Baške Vode. Pozornost posjetitelja Bratuša privlače primjerci očuvane dalmatinske arhitekture, a značajniji su Kačićevi dvori, u središtu mjesta.Smještaj se nalazi u srcu Kačićevih dvora,nekoliko metara udaljen od šljunčane plaže. Kamena kuća je kompletno renovirana 2021. godine.Dvoetažni prostor sastoji se od dnevnog boravka sa kuhinjom, te spavaće sobe i kupaonice.Obje etaže su klimatizirane s bežićnim internetom.

Remote holiday home directly by the sea!

Charming house right by the beach, only 10 m from the sea! You have a big own sun deck where you can moor your boat and with that a stunning south-facing view. The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!

It's located in quiet and peaceful place call Dugopolje,situated at the north entrance of Split,the centre of Dalmatia(15 minutes by car).Lies at the foot of the Mosor mountain,excellent for mountaineering.Ancient Roman Salona and medieval fortress Klis(a scenery for "The Games of the Trones") are few minutes away by car.

Villa Maja is situated 8 km away from town Makarska and 2 km away from the center of Podgora. The nearest shop, restaurant, bar and public beach is 2 km away. It's a place that connects Mountain "Biokovo" and the Adriatic Sea. Very peaceful part of Podgora where you can truly find a meaning of Holiday. Apartman je kuća na dvije etaže: sadrži ulaz, dnevni boravak, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju, balkon, 2 spavaće sobe, 2 WC, parking, WI-FI , perilica posuđa, 3 plazma TV , 2 AC... Nalazi se u samom centru Brela (Stare Soline) manje od minute je udaljena od plaže, lučice, restorana i pošte... Dodatna mogućnost je besplatno pranje rublja.
