It is beautifully maintained and conveniently located with easy access to restaurants, food courts, banks and supermarkets. You'll see amazing views of the Caribbean Sea and city center. The Suite

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located, walk up top floor studio Suite. “The Suite” is ideally located at C19 The Sands, Basseterre, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, Spa, Supermarket, Transport, Banks/ATMs, Government offices and Churches. A 7 minute drive to the beach and literally a 5 minute walk to the Warner Park Sporting Complex, the venue of the Caribbean Premier League T20 cricket matches and our famed St. Kitts Music Festival. 2 bedroom luxury condo

This two bedroom/two full bathroom luxury condo is situated in a very quiet and great located secure location in a strategic place in the island of St.Kitts. It has access to 3 swimming pools (almost always empty), BBQ place and extensive gardens. The property is open plan with 3 terraces overlooking the sea. About 7 minutes walking from the nearest beach, and walking distance of tens of restaurants and shops. The island golf club is just 5 mins. Sofa bed can accommodate additional 2 children
