It was a good experience overall, the management was nice and we'll responsive. The local recommendations were great and the place itself is very private, a good choice for peaceful stay without any issues. Easily reachable beach, eateries.

Had visited the place for 2 nights with my wife and dog, the place is exactly the way it was described and is in a peaceful and private location. Its recommended you have your own private vehicle to get around as the place is little more than 1km away from highway/ main road. There are restaurants around to go and eat food, one restaurant food can get delivered to the stay by the caretaker. Caretaker Deepak is very helpful and responsive. Overall i loved the place and would consider booking again if i am around again. Thanks to Nikhil and Deepak for making our stay memorable and peaceful.

I must say this loud I LOVED THE STAY. We decided to visit Ganpatipule and booked this apartment on airbnb. After a long journey of 8 hours the first thing we whispered to each other(my friends) “what a positive stay which feels like a home”. I will highly recommend you guys to explore this stay option because it will be worth. Beach is near by, very corporate caretaker Shreyas, Avani tai makes yummy chicken and Dr. Niddhi who is so friendly and look after you the entire time. Hospitality is amazing, Stay is more beautifully than pictures. Well maintained!! Loved it and will go again. Vibe is very positive of flat, host also gets you best options to visit places and food. I had an amazing stay at this place! Prajwal was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout my entire stay. The property was as specific as mentioned like cleanliness, comfort. Prajwal ensured my comfort and make my trip enjoyable. I would highly recommend their place to anyone and would gladly stay there again.

We had a great stay -the apartment was very comfortable, spacious and with an amazing view from the balcony. Advait as a host was very responsive and friendly, giving us great tips on what to do and good places to eat. His father kindly lent us some birding books - we were able to do birdwatching from the balcony and even saw an Asian Paradise Flycatcher early in the morning. We would definitely recommend this place, thank you Advait!

Fantastic place. Heaven for nature lovers and those who seeking peace away from city. There is mobile network too. However WiFi in common area can be requested. Food is very delicious. For bird lovers this is paradise, one can easily spot blu eared kingfisher, stork billed kingfisher, white throated kingfisher, woodpeckers, swallows , Indian crow pheasant, water hens. Total property is 65 acres approximately which has multiple plantations. Manager Jay can take you for walk around the property which I recommend you should. Overall a must visit place.

Aai bungalow was our last destination in the Konkan trip before we headed back to Pune. we stayed three nights here including New Year's, and found what we were looking for. place to relax, calm ourselves, ample space for our son to play cricket in, also the indoor games room was a big hit. our dog loved prancing about the huge property and I was relaxed that he wouldn't run away. Food in breakfast provided by Yogesh ji was delicious and ample. but the real gem is the village of Hedavi itself. very quiet, no loud music, very green, beach was a gem with no crowd and no trash (rare to find such a beach in Konkan now :( ) ..the vegetarian restaurants like Prasad Oak Ji's, and Joglekar's Swaad were both very very nice. the food was pure vegetarian , delicious, fantastic 😍...Hedavi was our find of the year and we would love to visit again soon.

Our stay was absolutely beautiful. The place had a very calm and peaceful vibe, exactly what we were looking for to escape the usual daily routine. The host was extremely helpful and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. From the surroundings to the cozy setup, everything was perfect and added to the overall experience. If you're looking for a quiet and refreshing getaway, this is definitely the place to be. Highly recommended and would love to visit again!
