Log Cabin: Eco-farm Retreat at Kaluna Farm

Come enjoy the good life in my ancestors’ authentic 1800s log cabin! This is a unique chance to live simple and close to the Earth, while still having modern creature comforts. The cabin sits above our animal pasture, yet offers plenty of privacy. If you need an easy and close escape from the city that offers a tranquil setting and slower pace...this is the place! A new roof and internet/wifi access are cabin enhancements for 2022. The wood stove is no longer functional. We are a Morganic farm, meaning we go beyond organic cert standards to manage our whole property, no chemicals have been sprayed in the last twenty years. The owners transformed this space from a family junkyard back in the mid-90s. It is a magical realm of creeks and wonderful trees, plants, and old cabins. We like to host workshops and other events along the lines of health and farming. When you arrive, we like to invite our guests to meet our spring, where we get delicious drinking water. There is a fire pit and charcoal grill available for guest use. Guests should plan ahead and bring their own charcoal and firewood. Wood may be available for purchase on-site. Please confirm firewood availability with hosts. Our gardens are open to your exploration, we just ask you to stay on paths and do not walk in our garden beds, the microbes thank you. We like to meet you upon arrival, unless we are in town or tied up with farm chores. Our movements are dynamic, we will be coming and going. We encourage you to reach out when you see us, or text us any questions or concerns. We are close to many wonderful outdoor areas and vineyards. The Talking Rock Nature Preserve is home to 10+ miles of hiking/mountain biking trails and is located in our neighborhood. This is a good jump off point for Carter's lake, the Cohutta Wilderness, and many hiking and biking trails. This cabin has a bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a mini fridge, gas stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, as well as basic cookware and dinnerware. Using GPS to get to the farm can be tricky. Please note the following: From 515 North, continue through Jasper towards Ellijay. Continue forward past Biguns BBQ (on your right) and the Scenic View. Our road, Old Whitestone Road East, is the FIRST left once you have passed the scenic view. The road quickly turns to gravel. You will pass two gated driveways on your right. The THIRD driveway on the right, marked with a white mailbox and a white street sign for Cedar Springs Hollow is our driveway. You will also see a large sign for Kaluna Farm Retreat…turn right here. Continue forward down the hill. Once you see an old log cabin, find a place to park and you have arrived. We have additional spaces available for rent: Kaluna's Bamboo Roost Organic Farm Overlook (sleeps two couples), Kaluna's Treehouse Sanctuary (sleeps one couple) and Kaluna’s Wooden Yurt (sleeps up to 8 guests).

Cottage on the Avenue is conveniently located to everything. 5 mins from Berry College, Tennis Center & Shorter. Beautiful cottage located in one of the historical areas of Rome. Backyard w/ Fire pit & seating for 6. 3 bedrooms w/ queen bed in each, 2 baths (whirlpool in Hall). Cottage backs up to the river and guest may use walkway to downtown area. The house includes xfinity wifi, Hulu, Disney +, Netflix and fire-stick TVs in living room & all bedrooms. W/in walking distance to restaurants.

Welcome to our cozy lake home. Come enjoy all the amenities this mountain community has to offer or simply relax on your private dock & watch the boats go by. This house is ideal for families or groups, offering a split lay-out, with separate bedroom & kitchen setup on each floor. The upstairs loft area offers an extra sleeping area with 2 twin beds for the kids. Only 26 miles away from Lakepoint Sports Community. Using back roads (less traffic) it will take about 30 - 35 minutes to Emerson, GA

Huge Private Lakeside Retreat - (Hickory Lodge)

This newly updated 5,600 SF ranch house sits tucked into a very private 7 acre Hickory forest overlooking a private 2 acre lake teeming with Bass and other game fish. Relax on the 50 foot long screened in porch and watch the water and listen to the frogs at night. Enjoy a warm bath in the claw foot tub, massage in the spa area or relax at the bar. Get a great workout in the gym and step into the large shower with body sprays. Super private and complete luxury and fun. This place has it all.

Roswell Carriage House - 7 Min Walk to Downtown!

We are cleaning fanatics, and our guests love our squeaky-clean place! We travelled the world and have brought home all the “lessons learned” from having the ultimate “home away from home” experience during our stays. Two super comfortable queen-sized beds, upscale linens & towels, a fully stocked kitchen and designer décor. We are always refreshing our place so it’s 5 stars for every guest. The carriage house is completely private & just a 7 min. walk to shenanigans in downtown Roswell.

Quiet guesthouse on horsefarm in Hickory Flat

This cottage is the original home we built and lived in when we bought the property. It was our home for 10 years before we built the larger main house for our growing family which is located in front of the guesthouse. This farm has been our home for 30 years. So if you love a “home environment” and not the hotel experience for your stay this peaceful horse farm with nature all around could be just the right choice. The farm is convenient to Canton, Woodstock and Alpharetta.

3 bed/2.5 bath home in Historic Marietta! This area has so much to see & offer & it's a great place to walk & bike around. We have many restaurants, bars & museums just minutes from my house. I have a large yard & balcony spanning across the front. Only 30 minutes from the airport & downtown Atl. Located 1.5 miles from Historic Marietta square. 10 Minutes from 285, I-75 & walking distance to mountain trails. Living rooms up & downstairs which makes it great for families.

"WE LOVE TO HOST YOU & SIGNIFICANT OTHER +YOUR FUR BABY" If you are looking for a serene place to relax in a quiet neighborhood with private entrance, our studio with many amenities is here. Our kitchenette has (just a double burner) patio w/ covered fence backyard, 10 min to downtown Cartersville and Old Car City, restaurants, entertainment, 15 min to Allatoona Lake, biking, running path, nature trails, Lake Point Sports. 35 to 45 min to Atlanta (no tolls)

Nestled on Lake Allatoona, the Carriage House adjoins Corp of Engineers land. A quick 1-minute stroll leads to my dock, where you can fish, swim, kayak, or bring a small boat. The Lake Point Sports Complex is just 20 minutes away, with a pleasant drive via back roads for visiting athletes. After a long day on the fields, enjoy the tranquility of this serene setting. The Red Barn, Cave Spring, Georgia

Fall is the perfect time Red Barn is the perfect place to escape to. Wild turkeys and deer roam the property. The night sky is breathtaking. Sunsets are stunning. Just minutes away is quaint Cave Spring, with antique shops and great restaurants. Enjoy walking, fishing, kayaking, biking, and hiking. Bring your gear and go! 15 minutes to Rome. 19 miles to Indian River ATV Park. 26 miles to Highland Off-road Park. We have room to park trucks and trailers.
