Entry room has sofa/bed, dining table & kitchenette. Suite accommodates a couple or 2 individuals comfortably. $25/person/night charge for more than 2. Two-night minimum stay (4 for ACL & SXSW). Discounts: 7+ days (20%); 28+ days (40%). 31+ days saves you 17% hotel occupancy tax as well. Longer term discounts and advance booking inquiries welcome.

Bathroom accessible from bedroom & living room. Dedicated driveway with a 240V 14-50 outlet for 40 amps of car charging. Bowlfex dumbells. Unique home in a unique spot. No parties, please.

Condo Steps from Barton Springs and Zilker Park.

Just steps from Barton Springs Pool and Zilker Park. Visit the many activities the park and Lady Bird Lake provides. A short walk to restaraunts, bars, trails, paddle boarding, swimming, arts, museums, theaters, etc. High speed google fiber internet will provide a wonderful work or entertainment environment in this mid century modern home. April 2025: The neighbors in the back have started constructing a new home which creates some noise. Please take this into account when booking.

Welcome to Dylan's Zilker Retreat! A one bedroom flat located in the heart of the highly coveted Zilker neighborhood. Less than a block away you will find Barton Springs Pool, Lady Bird Lake trail, UMLAUF Sculpture Garden & Museum and Zilker Park - home to SXSW and ACL music festivals! 2-room private guest suite, 5-10 minute drive to downtown and south Austin hot spots! No shared spaces with the main house. Private entrance opens to bedroom with queen bed and bathroom. 2nd room is the kitchen/workspace with everything you need to make a meal. Keurig, complementary coffee, and bottled water. Fast Fiber Wi-Fi. Smart TV with HBO Max, Apple TV, etc. Outside sitting area to enjoy coffee/wine! Easy self check in! Gravel pathway to entrance- not ADA accessible.

Stylish backyard casita with pool and hot tub. Short walk to Uchi, Alamo Drafthouse, and Barton Springs. 5 minutes to Zilker Park / Greenbelt. 2 miles to Downtown. 1.5 miles to S. Congress. Outdoor ping pong. 1GB Internet. Full bath as well as private outdoor shower. Natural Gas BBQ grill. Tankless water heater. No kitchen - mini-fridge and coffee station at bar. Owners live in front house but you will have pool, backyard and casita all to yourselves.

Nestled in a peaceful residential area, our cozy apartment offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. You’ll have easy access to public transportation—a short walk to the bus stop. The popular Barton Springs Pool and Zilker Park are only a mile away, so outdoor adventures are right at your doorstep! We’re happy to welcome families! But please note that the place is not baby/toddler proofed.
