Outdoor there is dock + platform with boat rental slip, FOUR paddle boards, a water volleyball, outdoor heater, bonfire pit, grill, + outdoor furniture! First floor has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, TV, two bedrooms, full bathroom, washer + dryer, and outdoor patio. Second floor is a separate bedroom studio with a king bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, dining space, and living space with TV.
