Acceso directo a los restaurantes con la mejor gastronomia del pueblo. La mejor vida nocturna sin la preocupacion de tener que conducir un vehiculo de motor porque te encuentras en la mejor ubicacion. Los jueves al famoso "Art walk" de Rincon, donde nuestros artistas locales exponen su arte. Lo mejor, es espacioso ,techos altos y acabado de remodelar.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Brand new studio apartment located in Barrio Barerro next to landmark Horned Dorset Primavera. Contains all the amenities necessary for carefree island living including internet, WiFi, streaming, air conditioning, cooking gas, and hot water heater. Fully equipped with power generator in case of an island power failure. Parking is off street and private. You will be provided with your own remote access gate controller to access property.

MARADY INN a special place for couples in Rincón.

Hermoso apartamento estudio ubicado en un muy tranquilo en el campo en Rincón. A solo 3 minutos del centro del pueblo, donde encontrarás unas gran variedad de restaurantes. A 5 minutos aproximados, tendrás acceso a las mejores palyas del área tales como: Steps, Black Eagle y el Balnerio de Rincón. Rincón es un pueblo turistico donde encontrarás una excelente grastronomía y vida nocturna pero de igual forma podrás conectar con la naturaleza y disfrutar de los mejores atardeceres.

Set in large private grounds with many tropical fruit trees and an avenue of royal palms with a variety of tropical birds and wildlife. Easily situated for access to restaurants and shops. Includes backup power (solar / battery + generator) / water (1200 gallons) and internet (cable + satellite). Beach access is a just a few steps down the road.

Beautiful beach front 7 day minimum property. Relax with the whole family at this exquisite condo, a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. One of the only condos in Rincon right on the beach. This condo is on the ground floor. You can walk out the door to the beautiful sand beach.
