Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

Bellísimo departamento estilo industrial en pleno corazón del Boulevard Caseros

Edificio NUEVO! a pasos de Parque Lezama, Puerto Madero y el casco histórico de la ciudad. Cuenta con una cama matrimonial X-Queen que puede transformarse en 2 camas individuales y sofá con posibilidad de acomodar a un niño. Disponemos de cuna para bebe en caso de solicitarla. El apartamento completamente amoblado con WiFi y Cable, para disfrutar de una hermosa estadía en la ciudad! El edificio cuenta con sector parrillas en la terraza, hermosa piscina al aire libre y laundry. Barrio de ubicación privilegiada, con acceso muy cercano a medios de transportes. El pintoresco Boulevard Caseros es un sitio de gran valor histórico y el nuevo polo gastronómico de San Telmo. El barrio ofrece arquitectura de época, varios restaurantes, cerveceras, anticuarios, museos. El parque Lezama está a pocos metros del departamento. A pocos minutos de Puerto Madero. ubicación excelente con servicio de varias lineas de colectivos, a 10 minutos caminando de la Estación de trenes y subte Constitución, a 4 cuadras de la Avda 9 de Julio y a pocas cuadras de Puerto Madero. Se puede caminar tranquilamente hacia cualquiera de estos puntos.

Departamento nuevo tipo estudio de estilo industrial se encuentra en el corazón de San Telmo, cerca del district gastronómico, "Caseros avenida". El Edificio La Editorial es una imprenta remodelada convertida en Lofts de diseño que ha sido premiada por su moderno diseño Muy cerca de Puerto Madero. Seguridad las 24 horas, una increíble piscina en la azotea, terraza para tomar el sol y 2 áreas de barbacoa. The "La Editorial" Building has been awarded for its modern design with a European, eclectic and functional concepts. The apartment is brand new, it has a private bedroom with a closet, a full bathroom with a videt and bathtub, a living room with a Chester sofa, TV rack, a daily dining table x4, a fully integrated kitchen and a beautiful balcony with a table w/ chairs x2. Front desk staff 24x7. Rooftop with swimming pool, solarium and bbq area. In the surroundings you can find bars and markets.

Hermoso depto en San Telmo con vista panoramica

Departamento a estrenar totalmente equipado y amoblado. Tiene un living comedor muy luminoso y un balcón muy amplio con una vista panorámica al Parque Lezama. Esta ubicado en pleno corazón de San Telmo, rodeado de la mejor gastronomía de Buenos Aires, a 50 metros de la Avenida Caseros y del Museo Histórico Nacional. Cercano al Mercado de San Telmo, a Plaza Dorrego, al Museo de Arte Moderno, a Puerto Madero y La Boca. A 150 metros de la parada del bus turistico y a 200 metros del Metrobus.

Loft Industrial con terraza privada y amenities

El departamento esta ubicado en el sexto piso del edificio Molina Ciudad, una ex fabrica. El departamento es muy luminoso, tiene un estilo moderno, cuenta con dos pisos, en planta baja la cocina, living comedor y un baño completo y en el primer piso, dormitorio, baño completo y terraza privada con parrilla. todo esto con vista a la pileta del edificio. * La decoración NO coincide con las fotos, se tuvo que cambiar, y el sillón se cambio por uno que se hace cama, para mayor comodidad.

Beautiful Studio in Barracas/San Telmo. Fully equiped, and great amenities. Outdoor pool, gym & loundry. Quiet place & neighbors. Ideal location. Close to the most picturesque places in Buenos Aires, nice restaurants and many touristic attractions. San Telmo, La Boca, Boca Jr Stadium, Caminito, Puerto Madero, Colon Theater, Gastronomic Circuit. Supermarket 50mts away. Easy access to public transportation (subway, bus, train).

San Telmo imperdible!

Increíble departamento, decorado con sutileza, en el mejor edificio del barrio. La comodidad de sus ambientes y las fascinantes vistas de la ciudad, lo hacen realmente único. Sus amplios ventanales permiten que la luz natural inunde el espacio, creando una atmósfera luminosa y relajante. Nuestro edificio cuenta con instalaciones de primera clase que te garantizan una estadía inolvidable.
