Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located space. Walking distance to several downtown shops and restaurants, and only one mile from the beach, this loft boasts skylights, cedar hot tub and sauna, outdoor shower and full kitchen. If you are traveling through Sandwich, this loft is a must-see. We recommend this space for two people. While you can technically fit 4, it is quite crowded. If you plan to use the hot tub or sauna, please let us know in advance so we can set it up for you.

Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.

Beautiful cottage nestled on a half-acre of waterfront property on Swan Pond. The dock offers direct water access. Available are two kayaks, a canoe and two paddleboards. The kitchen offers beautiful views of the water while you enjoy your morning coffee. Local beaches are just minutes away.
