The charm of this house is immediately upon entering this modern space full of life, bathed in sun and light. The living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen share a completely open space with stunning views of Lake Nahuel Huapi. The wooden deck is the perfect place to enjoy a magnificent patagonian sunset! Located just 5km from the center of Bariloche in a nice neighborhood between the town of Bariloche and attractions to the west. The bus stop is 10/15 minutes to the ski station at Cerro Catedral, Cerro Otto, Circuito Chico and Cerro Campanario, one of the 7 best views in the world and to downtown Bariloche. The house is equipped with central heating, WIFI, DVD, offering all the modern amenities to make you feel comfortable. I will give you all the keys for planning a memorable vacation from trekking to shopping. I speak Spanish, English and Portuguese (native language). Casa en el barrio Nahuel Malal en zona residencial y tranquila a 12 km del centro , a 6 cuadras de playa Bahia Serena y cerca playa lago Moreno. Capacidad 6 personas, en dos plantas con amplia vista al parque y al lago Nahuel Huapi. Beautifull house

Excelente vista. Es muy cómoda . Es una casa cálida , alegre y luminosa . Tiene tres dormitorios, living , comedor + cocina americana . Un baño y un toillette . Jardín , zona de parrilla para asados. Cerca , a 1,5 km hay un centro comercial muy completo Dos playas importantes a dos km. Lago Moreno y Bahia Serena a sólo dos kms. Cerca de restaurantes y muy bien ubicada. A mitad de camino entre el centro y Llao Llao. Garage techado. Transporte público por la puerta.

Casa familiar, 3 habitaciones, chimenea y parrilla

Casa con jardín, ubicada a 4 km del centro y a 400 mts del lago Nahuel Huapi. Cerca de restaurantes, cervecerías, supermercado, Farmacia, parada de bus. Parrilla exterior, chimenea interior, cocina completa, 3 habitaciones, lavarropas, parking y excelente wifi. 🐾PET FRIENDLY🐾 La casa es de uso completo del huésped pero comparte terreno con otra casa de alquiler turístico. Ambas estas separadas por unos metros pero comparten el acceso principal y el estacionamiento.

Bariloche Casa Centrica

Antigua Casa construida en el año 1952 y reciclada a nueva, ubicada en el casco urbano de San Carlos de bariloche, a 5 minutos a pie del centro comercial y gastronómico, 15 minutos a pie del centro civico, a 400 mts del lago Nahuel Huapi y a 200 mts de las paradas de todos los colectivos, buses y medios de transporte hacia el Cerro Catedral, Cerro Otto, circuito chico ,hacia el Llao Llao, etc. Por la antigüedad, la temperatura de la casa es entre 18 y 21 grados.

Lugar ideal para descansar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. La casa es nueva, cálida y confortable, con hermosa vista al lago, amplio jardín y salida a la playa del lago Nahuel Huapi. Entrada para autocon portón automatico .Deck, parrilla. Comparte terreno con la casa de los dueños . A 6 km del centro y 6 km de Dina Huapi donde hay comercios para abastecerse . Casa de alquiler turístico (5 C.A.T.) Disposición turística 119/2016 .

Confortable casa, muy luminosa, buena ubicación, a 6km del centro y 10km del Cerro Catedral. 4 dormitorios, amplio living comedor con parrilla interior. 2 baños completos (1 en suite) y un toilette. Lavarropas. Importante jardín con mesa y sillas. Pequeña cancha de fútbol para niños. Wifi Calefacción central. Excelente lugar para descansar en tus vacaciones! Los esperamos
