Bohemian Dreams at a Plant-filled Design Loft near the Beach

The loft was here before we moved in. It is one of the oldest buildings in Poblenou. The apartment was transformed into a big open space that includes a kitchen, a dining area, a sofa, a TV, an office space, and the bedroom. The place is in the ground floor, so it is accessible by disabled people and family with a child. We enjoy the afternoon sun and the mornings. We have sun shining into the entrance and the terrace. We've kept a lot of the industrial fittings in the space, and a lot of the furniture we've implemented follows this industrial design. One should not forget that it used to be an industrial space until earlier this year, and it's not a conventional apartment. It's one big open space, and the guest room is separated. Guests will have full access to the apartment. The accommodation includes a big open kitchen, dining area, sofa and TV area, bathroom, bedroom, terrace and plenty of space. We are usually available and love to interact with our guests. However, there are moments in which we are not available to our guests because we have our own plans. We also respect the fact that you may have plans, and don't have time to interact with us. However, we would like to enjoy a meal together at least, either a brunch or an evening snack. Our neighborhood is a vibrant, and up and coming area of Barcelona, it's a maximum 5 minutes walk to the beach, and the yellow Metro line crosses just straight outside the apartment. You need to remember the Selva de Mar stop. Around the block, there are some small restaurants and bars, there is a big supermarket called Mercadona for late night snack shopping (until 9:15 pm) or in Diagonal shopping center (until 10:00 pm). Or if you need to buy red wine for dinner. If you walk another two blocks to the South you'll find the Rambla del Poblenou, that is a pedestrian street and has numerous bars and restaurants of different quality. The Rambla Poblenou is straight all the way from Diagonal to the beach. If you like to eat tapas we can recommend you a restaurant that it is called La Tertulia in La Rambla del Poblenou or the another option is Bitacoras Restaurant near to the Rambla. If you like to eat Mexican food, “Los chilis” in La Rambla del Poblenou is a very good choice. But if you´re vegan or vegetarian, there is a vegan restaurant in front of the apartment, inside the Factory/Garden (Palo Alto) which opens Monday to Saturday. The last recommendation is “El Traspaso” which is in the corner and it is good option for the night:) You can end the night with a good cocktail and a Bloody Mary. The metro yellow line runs opposite to the beach, 5 minutes walk distance and the metro station you should look for is Selva de Mar. One thing to remember is that we are having our business registered in the space, we are freelancers, and work from home, but if someone asks, you are simply friends visiting us. Poblenou is a vibrant, up-and-coming area, with small cafes, art studios, and a pedestrian street with many restaurants and bars. The beach is just five minutes' walk away, and the yellow Metro line crosses right outside the apartment.

Es un apartamento tipo loft, íntimo y acogedor para disfrutarlo sólo vosotros, no hay más huéspedes, un lugar con mucha personalidad y encanto en medio de montañas y naturaleza, está situado dentro de una casa emblemática en el centro de Estamariu, un bonito pueblo del Pirineo Catalán a 20 minutos de Andorra. Si os gusta el cine en pantalla grande tenéis la posibilidad de disfrutar de tu película favorita en su sala de cine privada, el séptimo arte en el centro de un privilegiado entorno rural.

Habitació espaiosa amb zona estar, cuina i bany privat. A planta baixa i amb jardí. Espai totalment independent amb porta privada, adosat a la casa on vivim. Situat a una zona residencial molt tranquil·la, però molt cèntrica, a només 5 minuts a peu del centre històric, per visitar, comprar... Disposa de tot el necessari per la cuina, a més de rentadora, televisió, sofà estar, i taula exterior per gaudir del jardí. Si feu la visita al Celler del Miracle, us regalarem una ampolla de vi.

Apartament-loft recent reformat al centre de Catalunya, ben comunicat a 45 minuts Barcelona, 40' de les platges de Sitges i 20' del Santuari de Montserrat. Comunicat per autovia i pels ferrocarrils de FGC. A costat del camp amb boscos i amb possibilitats de visites a llocs interessants com el Castell de La Pobla de Claramunt, Molí Paperer i el Parc Prehistòric de la Vila de Capellades. A 6 km d'Igualada. L'apartament té un llit de matrimoni, un sofà llit, cuina i bany amb dutxa.

Pallerols - Caseta de pedra envoltada de natura

Gaudeix amb la parella o la família de la petita caseta " Escola de Pallerols" . La casa és una antiga escola envoltada de paratge natural i rutes senyalitzades amb vistes immillorables. Podreu gaudir també en època de fred de bones estones al costat de la llar de foc ( la llenya us la deixem nosaltres) La casa te una capacitat de fins a 4 persones. Beautiful apartment with a big sunny terrace and a balcony. It's centrally located, two blocks from Ciutadella Park, and in walking distance to the center and to the beach. It’s a familiar and safe area, very much appreciated, with all the public transport literally at the door, tram included. A perfect base from which to discover Barcelona! We are sure you will enjoy staying here! The city of Barcelona has a tourist tax of 6,5€/person/night not included in the price.

Precioso Granero en un valle & rio

El granero dispone de un salón comedor con cocina negra, una habitación con cama doble, altillo con dos camas y sofá cama en el salón. También tiene doble ducha con ventana para poder admirar la naturaleza mientras te duchas. Chimenea, piscina y rio. Y un entorno con un conjunto monumental formado por una iglesia románica con cripta, un cementerio modernista y poblado íber a 5min. Espectacular! A 5 min un restaurante rural y a 10 min el pueblo/ciudad.

Can Comella

Can Comella està integrada en el teixit urbà del poble de Gavarra, un poble que a mitjans del S XX es va vincular al municipi de Coll de Nargó. Fins a principis del segle passat la casa estava habitada. Tot i les seves reduïdes dimensions, els elements constructius que conformen l'estructura d'aquest edifici són els originals, circumstància que converteix Can Comella en un exemple valuòs de l'arquitectura tradicional de la zona.
