House rules • We are sorry but we are not allowed to host groups of people younger than 35 due to an agreement we have with the community of neighbors. • This decision was taken after the neighbors had experienced issues with the noise produced by some of the previous guests. • It's totally forbidden to make loud noise after 22:00 or to organize parties or events inside the apartment. Tienes dos habitaciones privadas: la principal con cama doble y una segunda con dos camas individuales. El balcón es el complemento perfecto para la luz natural del salón. Está pensado para que salgas a tomar el aire, leas un poco o simplemente disfrutes del clima de Barcelona desde la barrera. Un lujo sencillo, pero que se agradece mucho al final del día. No hace falta que llenes la maleta con champú, jabón, toallas, secador o plancha; aquí encontrarás de todo. Si vienes con niños o bebés, avísanos con tiempo; si tenemos disponibilidad, te dejamos una cuna o una trona para que no tengas que cargar con la casa a cuestas.
