Please refer to house manual for exact duties & times. Master Bedroom Upstairs: KING BED with top-of-the line mattress and fine linen & newly renovated ensuite bathroom with double basin. A/C, TV with Cable & Netflix. Expansive, ocean view balcony. 2nd Bedroom Upstairs: KING BED with top-of-the line mattress and fine linen. A/C. Ocean view balcony. 3rd Bedroom Upstairs: Two single beds with top-of-the line mattress and fine linen; can be made up into a King bed. A/C. Newly renovated upstairs Bathroom for bedrooms 2 + 3. Sleeper Couch upstairs: Sleeps 1x adult in open area between bedrooms (not private). Full set of linen provided. Main floor: Gorgeous indoor-outdoor living space, with fully retractable doors for maximum living and entertaining and breathtaking view of the ocean and Clifton Beach. Sliding doors open to beautiful, expansive terrace with private pool, top-of-the range gas barbeque, bar fridge, outdoor shower & designer loungers and comfortable sitting area. Spacious open-plan kitchen & scullery and brand new top-of-the range appliances including Jura coffee machine, wine fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher etc. Lounge, with ocean views features large 65 inch TV with local cable (DSTV), Netflix & new, centrally controlled indoor and outdoor music system. Main floor also features: • new indoor installed gas fireplace • newly renovated guest bathroom on the main floor • dedicated, quiet work station area SECURITY: State of the art alarm system with remote control and multiple sets of master keys Cameras cover external entire house, including perimeter of the property for maximum security FOR THE MOMS: •Child Sitters, Personal Tour guide/ driver & Private Chef recommendations. High speed Wifi, Dstv (cable) & electricity all inclusive of price. Guests can access the entire home. (aside from owners private, locked storeroom behind the scullery). PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps which is a flight of steps from the road - either up to Kloof Road or down to Victoria Road (Victoria Rd accesses the beach.) No private parking. You will have to climb steps. As a designated SUPERHOST I am here to help as needed. I give my guests the privacy they require but am available via WatsApp or text message. If you need me, I am just a message or phone call away! The home is in Clifton, an exclusive residential suburb of Cape Town that showcases 4 immaculate beaches. The V&A Waterfront is a great day out for shopping, visiting the Two Oceans Aquarium, and taking Robben Island boat trips. If you are getting around - there is a very reliable bus transport system called MyCiTi. It’s safe & reliable. Also open-top Sightseeing buses are a great way to see the City and surrounds. But mostly visitors and locals use Uber - its quick, fast & cheap. The 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms don't have TV's. PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps street which is a flight of steps from the road, up or down, to the home depending on which way you arrive from. So you will have to climb steps. There is no private parking.

Glen Beach Bungalow Main House
Soak up sea breezes and uninterrupted views on the expansive wooden pool deck attached to this immaculate modern beach house. Relax on the sun loungers to the sound of the waves. Indoors, stretch out in the open-plan living spaces of two lounge areas - open planned to the kitchen and dining room areas. The Main House level of the beach house is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are on the ocean level and the 4th master bedroom is downstairs. (The Upper Penthouse level is completely separate to the Main House Level) This Beach Villa - this property is situated directly on Glen Beach. (The small enclave nestled between Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches) Paradise at its best. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room open out onto a large decked pool area. Your beach gate leads right onto the beach. Uninterrupted sea views. Glen Beach is uniquely situated with only 15 beach homes. We are within walking distance to the local restaurant strip. The Main House section has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8. Should your party be larger, the upper penthouse can be combined to allow for a maximum of 12 guests. The Main House is completely private, with it's own private pool. The upper penthouse has it's own pool and balconies. The Beach Gate is communal. Sean, Mary-Louise or another member of our family will be there to check you in and make sure that you are comfortable. We are contactable at all times, should there be any questions needing answers to. The home is situated in the famous international landmark that is Camps Bay. The locale’s crystal clear oceans and soft white beaches—which are within walking distance—draw tourists. Indulge at one of the acclaimed restaurants on the strip. If you want to relax and soak up the sun, walking within the Camps Bay area is easy. Should you wish to explore all Cape Towns other beautiful spots, we recommend to hire a car. This is also extremely easy and can be done at the airport, or once you are at the villa. Cape Town also has a reliable bus system call the Myciti bus. Wifi Bath towels Beach Towels Hairdryers - all included. Please note that a breakage deposit of R20 000.00 will need to be signed on arrival. Please make sure that you have a Master or Visa Credit Card available for this. No Debit Cards accepted. Please note that this villa is for Accommodation only and we do not allow Function Venues. Certain times of the year have a minimum stay attached - please inquire and we will be able to advise.

It has all the bells and whistles in terms of internet,wi fi , cable TV , webber gas braai, great outdoor areas to chill and of course a pool . There is a battery inverter for the property to mitigate power outages .
