Happy banget stay di sini, muat sampai ber 8 dan fasilitas cukup lengkap. Ada mesin cuci juga. Mall di sebelah ada akses jembatan direct dari apartemen. Totally worth it!

Communication was super easy. Arry took a lot of time to explain everything despite the late check-in. The apartment is well located. It was a nice time!

Ele foi muito prestativo e atencioso quando expliquei minha situação pra ele de que estaria chegando de madrugada com minha bebê e sairia logo após o almoço para pegar meu voo. Ele providenciou o apartamento com rapidez e colocou a chave no Popbox e me deu todas as instruções para que fosse possível chegar, entrar e me acomodar. O Apartamento estava impecável! Conseguimos descansar antes de seguir para o aeroporto que era bem perto!

We were at villa Pasirbaru for 4 days. These were wonderful, peaceful days spent relaxing in the pool and enjoying the views. Dewi is a wonderful person and her staff were extremely helpful. 4 hari di sini numpang rekaman vokal. This place was everything we needed. Private; homey; lingkungannya hening & tenang tapi di satu sisi juga strategis kalo butuh apa2 ada mall & supermarket; semua fasilitas rumah berfungsi dengan baik termasuk hot shower & dispenser air panas. Ownernya enak diajak komunikasi. Check out gak ada masalah, bahkan kita minta waktu tambahan beberapa lama untuk nunggu jemputan dan langsung diiyakan. Overall aku sangat recommend tempat ini. tempat yang tepat untuk kami yang sedang ada event di ICE BSD City. Suasana cluster yang aman dan nyaman. Fasilitas rumah yang lengkap. Peralatan Dapur lengkap. Ruang tamu agak panas, jadi pintu harus dibuka meski ada kipas angin. Namun 2 kamar di lantai atas sangat nyaman dan sejuk. Overall kami senang menginap di tempat ini, dan kemungkinan kami akan kembali menyewa bila ada event lagi disana. Terimakasih

Super comfy and private, but still close to lots of fun spots and the food places I wanted to try out. The host was really quick to respond whenever I had questions. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a chill weekend around BSD

I had a great stay at this condo! The location is perfect, with easy access to The Breeze, an open-air mall with a cinema and outdoor restaurants. I chose this place mainly because of its access to a beautiful botanic park, which is ideal for jogging, picnicking, or just walking around. It’s definitely worth it, even just for the park itself. The condo was very clean and had everything I needed—cooking utensils, cutlery, a working fridge and water dispenser, bath essentials, and a washing machine. You don’t need to bring anything except food! The neighborhood felt very safe, and the check-in/check-out process was simple and flexible. Christina, the host, was wonderful. She was quick to respond to any questions and provided clear, detailed instructions, making check-in and check-out easy. She really made an effort to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, and I truly appreciated her kindness.

My family and I had an extended stay at Nilawati's place and can't wait to return. The pictures honestly don't do the apartment and location justice. The apartment is immaculately clean and well kept with every essential item needed to maintain it. The balcony views of the sea are breathtaking, especially at sunset. The apartment building has an unbelievable pool/garden/playground area with equally spectacular views of the sea. And the apartment building is literally connected to the adjacent Baywalk mall that has a large grocery store, restaurants, shopping, and even a cinema. Nilawati is also a superb host: always responsive, always helpful, and always very considerate and accommodating. We really felt at home and that had a lot to do with both how well this apartment is maintained and prepared for guests but also with how great Nilawati was at being a kind, responsive, and considerate host.
