Restaurants, swimming pools, hot springs, shops, and the river are just steps away. After a day of adventure, come home to dinner & games at the table, movies or stories by the fireplace or a bbq on the covered deck where you can watch the train pass by across the valley and listen to it's nostalgic whistle. Perfect for work or play! The hospital is 10 minutes away, and Idaho State University is just down the road. Walk to Ross Park Zoo, nearby parks, and the swimming complex, plus enjoy locally owned restaurants close by. Outdoor adventure awaits minutes away at City Creek and Edson Fichter Nature Area, with easy access to Pebble Creek Ski Area and relaxing soaks in Lava Hot Springs. Passing trains add a touch of nostalgic charm. Sep 2-8 our parking area is unavailable. We have street parking.

Fargo is a historic building dating back to 1914. This penthouse has served many purposes, from a ballroom during the roaring 1920s to a manager's suite, a pigeonhole, and now transformed into a modern loft! Newly renovated, it preserves its historical essence while meeting modern demands.

Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

This is a high-quality, 1600 sq. ft spacious two-level cabin with full service kitchen. Comfortably sleeps 10 guests. Located 4 miles from Lava Hot Springs, on 40 secluded hillside acres. We are thrilled to announce that we have now installed a brand new king bed in our main bedroom! We have planted grass on all our hillsides this year - these hillsides become fun-packed sledding hills once we have had a decent snowfall or two! so, if you are coming in the winter, pack your sleds!

You have the best view of the city, and trails for walking or biking right out the front door. There is an office space for remote work, and a theatre room in the basement. We are 3 minutes from the free way and 2 from the hospital. Lava Hot Springs: 25 min away, Skiing: 15 min away, Yellowstone: 2.5 hours away.

Small farmhouse set on peaceful, secluded acreage near the base of Fishcreek pass and just 8 miles East of Lava Hot Springs. Home has been completely remodeled and is stocked with everything you'll need. 2 bedroom, 1 bath sleeps up to 6. Nice deck with rocking chairs, bbq grill and fire pit. Get away from the city crowds and enjoy the peace and quiet this valley offers. We have a strict NO party policy in the home. If this is your intention, please look elsewhere.
