Sam’s Place II (pet friendly duplex)

This is a unique duplex built in the 1920’s. You will have the entire top unit to yourself. It’s 850 sq ft. and houses up to 6 people. There’s 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. It has 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and the couch folds out into a queen bed as well. There is a big covered porch with seating to enjoy your mornings and evenings. It is centrally located near ISU.
