The cottage was very clean and cozy. There were a lot of antique pieces. The hosts were very nice. The property is beautiful. It was very peaceful. As far as the town, there is not much to do. A lot of restaurants were closed Sunday, Monday, and Tuesdays. They do have a movie theater and a bowling alley. Helen is not far away. There are two sweet labs that roam the property. Certainly helped us with our doggie withdrawals. Eating and drinking is only allowed in the kitchen and the porches. The beds were firm but super comfortable. The washer and dryer are not for guests. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities and there was an assortment of Kcups to enjoy and we did. They also have some games to enjoy as well. The property has fairy lights going down the right side. The lawns were well landscaped. If you are looking for a peaceful, clean, cottage with beautiful views, and adorable labs, with nice hosts. You will not be disappointed

This house was clean, beautifully furnished, comfortable, and had a well-stocked kitchen. Our party of eight enjoyed cooking some very nice meals, eating together, relaxing in the living room and outside on the covered deck and patio, playing ping pong, and riding in the kayaks. We were very happy with our stay!

We had a nice stay! The house was just as described—nothing fancy or luxurious, but it had all the basics we needed. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials, and the accommodations were comfortable. It’s a solid spot if you’re looking for a simple, no-frills place to stay.

We loved this little cabin! It was perfect for my husband, 3 kids & I! When we arrived Friday, the place was covered in snow. It was a winter wonderland, so beautiful! Loved all the heaters and fireplaces inside, and especially loved the gas firepit on the back porch. The hot tub was a big hit, was the first time I’ve ever been in a hot tub and been surrounded by snow.

We had such a wonderful time at this rental! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. During our visit, we took a day trip to Helen, Georgia, and also enjoyed a fantastic day on the lake with a rented pontoon boat. Back at the house, we spent hours in the water, played board games, and ended our evenings watching movies together. It was the perfect blend of fun and relaxation. Highly recommend this place for families or anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature!

This mountain cabin rental was exactly as advertised. The description and photos matched the actual property. Brittany was terrific to deal with and was proactive in providing us with needed information in advance. This was a fun place to stay, and the lower level with pool, darts, other games, etc. was a nice way to spend a rainy evening. This was a good value and fair price for the property. Highly recommended.

We came for a work event, and Mary was absolutely outstanding helping us out! Our schedule was extremely in flux, but she was flexible with both our arrival time and departure time. She also communicated quickly and clearly! We really appreciated it. The house was perfectly suited for what we needed, with plenty of room and space. The kitchen and bedrooms were great. It was fantastic. We hope to come again!

We arrived to a clean house that met our needs perfectly. We spent long days at the Olympic park so the hot shower and cozy beds were just what we needed.

Great location in a gated area. Patio space was perfect for those cool nights. Second bedroom was on the basement level with its own couch and TV so was perfect for two couples to have their space when needed. Very clean and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Easy few minutes drive into town.

Tracie’s place was absolutely spotless, updated, and so peaceful. We would live here full time if we could! We LOVED the fence in yard for our dogs and the screened in back porch. The hot tub & lake were so fun too. We hope to come back to catch a Clemson football game in the fall.

Ashley was a great host. The place was very accommodating four our group of 6. It is close to the town center in a very quiet and walkable neighborhood. The entertainment room was very entertaining and the hot tub was very relaxing. Highly recommend staying at this house. Great value for all that you get.

We were so pleased with our decision to book this home especially after being in downtown Helen and seeing the hotels we considered. It is close to town but in a quiet neighborhood— peaceful and great area to walk the dog. The home is spacious- very comfortable living area and large bedrooms. The 2 baths were perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed including 3 different coffee makers and popcorn! A very nice touch. There were plenty of blankets and throws for the cold weather and we loved the fireplace! So cozy! Maklen was super responsive and friendly, much more so than some of the other places I’ve stayed. We highly recommend Maklen and their home.

The lake house is beautiful. Very private and peaceful. The house looks even better than the photos. Our children loved the pool. We are already planning to return some time this summer. Thanks Ellen for being a great host.

Home was enjoyable with many games, puzzles, dvds, etc. Each bed and bath offered privacy. Disappointed that weather did not allow us to relax on the beautiful deck. Entry to home would be most difficult for one with mobility problems. Parking area slants deeply - one of us had to have assistance in navigating. Once to walkway, it was smooth sailing - flat and even. Two couples with children would be accommodated well with double bunks in third bedroom. Owner extremely pleasant and responsive.

Brian's place was great for visiting Athens. Quick to get to the university. This was definitely one of the cleaner airbnbs we've stayed at in a while. Very responsive host. Plenty of amenities, and a fun space to hang out with friends. Would definitely recommend, go dawgs.

The camper was very clean and the porch was a great addition. It was a perfect location for myself, two kids and our dog. The amenities of the resort were great - my kids loved the waterslide. The location of the resort is great as well - very close to hiking, Helen, grocery stores and restaurants (the on site diner was closed while we were there). Donna was very helpful and responsive with any questions. If you go in the summer, bring a portable fan if you have anyone sleeping on the pullout couches - they also weren't the comfiest, but were a great option. Thanks Donna!

My family and I loved our stay! Every little detail you can think of was well thought out. Child friendly which made it an extra plus for me! Will definitely come back!!!

We stayed at this house for our daughter’s graduation from UGA. The house was wonderful, peaceful and quiet. I would definitely stay there again!

This was our second time staying there and already planning another trip. The house is is in the country but also within 20 minutes of great shopping. We can’t wait til we can go back

Great stay at Spencer and Amy's cabin in the woods. Upon arrival we met co-host Kevin, who was outside refurbishing a rustic "hunting/man-cave" shed. Great co-host who was engaging and knowledgeable about the property and surrounding areas. Over the next few days we saw Kevin multiple times and engaged in some lively conversations. The cabin was as described and Tammy and I felt right at home. The cabin provided us all the necessities, ample linen and towels for our stay. We picked-up all our foodstuffs at the local Public market and grilled on the barbecue every night after our full days of attending the races at Road Atlanta. Communications was effective and Spencer and Amy were very forthcoming in ensuring we knew that any and all situations/concerns would be immediately addressed. This property was exactly what Tammy and I strive to find when we're away on our vacation trips; peaceful, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.

Richard answered all my questions in a timely manner while on the road. my crew loved the cozy space. a total of 4 field men were very comfortable and loved there was a grill available. we will be staying here again when in town. Will recommend

I have nothing but positive feedback on Jill's property. It exceeded our expectations in every category. We were looking for a place close to my nephew's house in Cornelia while also giving us some privacy. We loved being on the farm! The apartment had excellent privacy while the peacefulness and spaciousness of the property set the mood. There were lots of well thought out little surprises such as welcome snacks and drinks. Instructions on how to work things in the unit were very helpful. We enjoyed the cabinet of curiosities. Finally, having space for our two dogs plus a fully fenced front yard for them to roam was awesome. Getting to feed the goats, donkey and horses just put things over the top. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a super clean lodging close to Cornelia.
