The host was responsive, responsible; the apartment was clean, spacious and well furnished. Fuss free booking - highly recommended for families and friends. Rin and Nanas have been really helpful as well Kudos to the staff there!

I had lost my passport and asked her what are the procedures . She began telling me all the steps I had to do and even helped me find the nearest police station. Would definitely recommend this stay to a friend .

房間非常的大，帶爸媽出遊很適合！冰箱洗衣機（有附洗衣片）烘衣機烤箱微波爐都有，超級方便！ 飯店有免費接駁車到BTS奇隆站，走路大概12分鐘會到（但曼谷很熱，走這段距離就會流汗了），路上有711和按摩店。飯店泳池也很讚。唯一有點可惜的是有些浴室熱水不太熱。飯店人員服務都很棒～還有一隻可愛的貓咪！推推👍

We really enjoyed Benviar. I’m a frequent visitor to Bangkok and always enjoy this location. The apartment was very clean with a view to a treed area. The AC in the LR was not working properly. But other than that all was in order.

Excellent place in a good location opposite 7-Eleven and ferry station. The room was the same as in the pictures, very clean and tidy, no smell, air conditioning worked well, TV canwatch netflix and airplay with phone, public areas were also very clean and very quiet. Would highly recommend this rooms and will stay here next time in Bangkok.

What a great place to stay at! Check-in was smooth and easy, the location was PERFECT, the apartment is well designed and comfortable - we felt right at home, and the host was responsive and a great communication. We had a great stay!

🇰🇷한국인 분들을 위해 한국어로 남깁니다! 저는 오랜 기간 여행을 에어비앤비로 했는데 그중 기억에 남을 숙소라고 할 만큼 만족도가 높은 곳이였어요. 엄마를 모시고 하는 여행이라 숙소 예약할 때 더 신경쓰기도 했는데 저는 방콕 여행이 처음이 아니라 더 평화롭고 올드타운 근처로 골랐구요. 이 숙소를 알게되어 정말 잘 머물다 가요. 집처럼 평화로운 분위기에 주변에 카페나 식당들도 있어서 어렵지 않게 오실 수 있습니다. 전문적인 호스트도 물론 매력적이고 집 바로 앞에 위치한 수상보트 선착장이 있어 어렵지 않게 이동이 가능하다는 점이에요. 숙소가 편해서 꿀잠 잤구요. 주변에 유명한 국수집들도 있어서 꼭 가보시면 좋겠어요! 호스트분이 얼마나 친절하시냐면, 테크아웃 후 택시를 급하게 타고 오느라 약을 냉장고에 두고 와서 있는 곳까지 돈을 내더라도 보내줄 수 있냐고 물어봤더니 배달도 도와주셨어요 이렇게 스윗할 수 있나요 ...... 전 정말 추천합니다. 🙌🏻 호텔 가지 마시고 닐라 올드 타운 아파트로 오세요 🩷

The staff was amazing. Great place to bring your dog, near the beautiful park. The room was super clean, had everything you needed + more. Bed was comfy. Beautiful interior. Will go there again!

The place is exactly as described in the advertisement. It's cheap, quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. I wanted to extend my stay and they accommodated me no problem. the location was great for me because it's only 2 mins walk to BTS Phra Khanong. I would highly recommend this place.

Immediately welcoming and place is conveniently located near airport. Charming room with everything I needed for a good night sleep. Top terrace was a great place to have a cup of tea and relax. Otto gave great recommendations and instructions to make my travels run smoother. Thank you so much, Otto!

The address you get when booking the hotel is not accurate, I informed them this when I arrived but they didn’t understand me. I ended up 7min drive away. The way to the hotel is not lit up but I felt safe walking there so not an issue. Gym was good, I didnt have time for the pool but it looked great! The room was big, easy check in. Good food (restaurant in the hotel) One thing not so good, I got a link to add my payment details in our messages and a separate message from the host saying not to click any links, I answered that I had already done it and no reply.

Pai is kind; communicative and proactive. An absolute gem of a host 💯

Musste am nächsten Morgen mein Flieger zurück nehmen & hatte daher eine Nacht Aufenthalt in Bangkok & das Hotel ist super! Bin erst abends/ nachts eingecheckt alles hat funktioniert & habe mir noch ein Taxi zum Flughafen für den nächsten Tag um 6 Uhr morgens bestellt hat alles geklappt bin sehr zufrieden.

This was my 4th time staying at Pai’s Air BnB. The first time I stayed there it redeemed my prior experience with another air BNB and host. Pai’s place is as described and I can always count on it being clean and fresh. The space is homey and I’ve always had the best sleep there. Pai is also super responsive and helpful from answering messages in a speedy manner to offering any help. No wonder she is a super host. The air BNB is located in a good safe area, walking distance to Thai street food and a 7-eleven. Also Pai has a cafe downstairs where you can get your coffee and a nice terrace upstairs. It’s my go to place to stay in Bangkok and I look forward to staying there again the next time I’m in town.
