A luxurious, modern Villa with a large lawn and private swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden and high perimeter fence for complete privacy. The Villa is near one of the most secluded beaches on the Coast and features a modern European kitchen, a spacious dining room, large lounge area with a Smart TV surrounded by French doors. Each of the spacious bedrooms have their own modern bathroom facilities. Complimentary Wifi is provided as is a BBQ facility. Guests will not be disappointed!

Located on Soi 5, Thappraya road, this house is very close to the famous "Walking street" You can reach the "Walking Street" by foot in 20 minutes or a 5 minutes taxi drive. Taxi and bus are available 24/7 on Thappraya road. The house has been renovated. The beds, the furniture and the Kitchen (Ikea) are new. Water and electricity included in the price. The owner is coming from Switzerland and we speak French, English and German
