Welcome to our Air conditioned downstairs studio in downtown Lennox. A short 5 minute stroll (no hills) to beach, shops and cafes. I should mention that you need to climb up 10 wooden steps to enter the studio. The studio has a Queen size bed, air conditioner,kitchen with 4 burner cooktop, microwave, bathroom, toilet, TV, WiFi, Netflix, laundry , bbq. Relax in this calm, stylish space enjoying tropical garden outlook. The studio is on the lower level to the main house with a completely separate entrance. Please bare in mind you may hear us upstairs. The space includes a kitchenette; microwave, mini fridge & coffee. Queen sized bedroom & ensuite with a seperate living area including a queen sofa bed. 6 min drive to Lennox Village you will need a car to stay here We have outdoor security cameras

Cosy modern Studio

Self contained unit with bathroom and galley kitchen on ground floor of a large residential home. Off street parking for 1 vehicle. Seperate access for guests, undercover outdoor area with adjoining grassed area, full kitchen with all fittings utensils and coffee pod machine. The Studio has just had an update in March 2025 with a completely new Bathroom fitout, updated appliances and new flooring. There is an undercover outdoor with a bbq.
