Welcome to this idyllic old farmhouse on Tjeldøya. The northern Light can be seen right outside the door and during the summermonths one can see cruiseboats on the Tjeldsund strait. The house is close to the sea, and the island is perfect for hikes in the mountains. You can fish cod, Salmon, makrell or flatfish - and if lucky you may ser the whales or some of the majestic eagles that habitates in this area. I år er det kanskje spesielt attraktiv å kunne komme til Bjørklund gård ifm Norgesferie.

Godt utgangspunkt for fjelltur eller tur på kyststien som ligger rett nedenfor hytta. Gå på oppdagelsesferd i bunkerser fra andre verdenskrig på nedlagte Nes fort, eller sjekk ut helleristninger i gåavstand fra hytta. Fine små strender, og mulighet for bading, fridykking og padling (hvis du har egen kajakk med deg). Welcome to our idyllic farmhouse on beautiful Kveøya, Kvæfjord. «Magnusheim» (meaning home of Magnus) is originally from 1850 and much of the house is kept in its original style. Situated close to both the sea and the mountains, the area offers loads of possible excursions. During winter you might see the northern lights just outside the door. And after a day out, you can enjoy your coffee watching the amazing scenes of the gateway to the famous Lofoten and Vesterålen area.

A genuine and cozy house from 1900 with an amazing atmosphere and view. The Blue House is an optimal base for hiking, skiing, kayaking, snowshoe trekking and mountaineering. Fishing in the lakes or in the sea is right outside the door. Maps, first aid kit are available free of charge. The house is just renovated, and painted in colors chosen by the “blue city” artist, Bjørn Elvenes. Charger for electric cars is available for an extra fee.
