Le logement correspond à la description. Il est situé à proximité du centre (5minutes à pieds) tout est très bien. Excellent agencement de l’appartement et la terrasse donne suite la mer c’est très sympa. Le parking est juste en bas c’est parfait. Nous avons bien aimé le logement

Le logement est idéal pour 4 personnes. Il est situé à 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Nous sommes partis début avril le quartier était très calme. Francisca est très réactive.

Beautiful location. we found the place just as shown on photos. comfortable beds and seating areas, big new TV , everything looked immaculate like just been renovated. Everything you need is there. Free parking across the street and there were always spaces. Restaurants, supermarkets, shops all within walking distance. Highlight for us was the view from the balcony. Like others have mentioned the smaller of the two toilets still smelt of sewage. Looks like an ongoing problem. We never used it so wasn't a problem. But my advice to the owner would be to lock the door or get rid of the toilet and use as a store room. Atleast you won't get any negative comments. All in all a beautiful place and we will come back.

we verbleven met familie 5 personen en peuter van 2 in Daniels huis. we hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Keuken assortiment compleet, zoon kon wat sporten in ochtend ruimte naast keuken. bovenverdieping mag nog wel worden aangepakt. Op loopafstand strand en supermarkt. Stuk tuin met gras voor kleine erg prettig aangezien keien lastig loopt. zwembad weinig gebruikt maar strand dan ook vlakbij. Omgeving heerlijk rustig op de dag, in avond luid muziek en karaoke maar stopt om 23.00 uur. Tuin verlichting voor de avond wat fel deze uitgelaten en waxines en citronella tegen muggen erbij want die waren er al vroeg in avond ! We zijn flink gestoken. veel aanwezig qua strand materialen. zelf ook wat achtergelaten.. we misten de strand handdoeken.. gelezen dat deze er ook waren maar dit was zeker geen probleem. voor een ieder die naar Alcudia op vakantie wil, zou ik dit verblijf zeker aanraden. We zijn erg ontspannen terug gekomen! Dank Daniel voor het fijne contact!

Las fotos no le hacen Justicia! La casa está súper genial! Está muy hermosa y llena de muchísimas comodidades. Provoca quedarse mucho más tiempo. Se llega muy fácilmente desde el aeropuerto en transporte público, lo que es ideal. La familia es muy amable y atentos. Volveremos!

Nice and spacious house in close proximity to shops and restaurants, yet in a quiet area. Walking distance to two beaches via boardwalk next to the sea. The host was friendly and responsive to all needs. We will definitely like to come back another time.

Nous sommes très satisfaites de notre séjour passé dans cet appartement. Marie-José était disponible et très réactive. Elle nous a partagé quelques bonnes adresses du coin. L’appartement est très bien situé proche de Palma et juste à côté de la plage. Merci beaucoup, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Sehr freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation mit Ramon. Die Finca ist sehr schön und hat eine perfekte Lage mit wenigen Gehminuten zum Strand.

Victoria was a lovely host, her beautiful estate made us feel like home and relax instantly! Our favorite beach has been the closest: BOSSA beach! The favorite ice cream parlor in Ibiza has been DIVA! And the massage therapist Victoria recommended was incredible: you can easily find ROMINA on IG@ibizamassage_romina Coming back to Ibiza, we would always book with Victoria. Thank you so much.

Wir hatten als Gruppe einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Alles ist sehr gut durchdacht und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet worden. Wunderschöner Pool und rieseiges Gelände, so dass man sich sehr frei fühlt. Einziges Manko: das Wlan hat nicht super funktioniert aber da wir eh nicht viel am Handy waren war das nicht schlimm.

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder im Alter zwischen 3&9. Alles war perfekt. Die Wendeltreppe in der Wohnung ist für junge Kinder nur in Begleitung benutzbar.

Logement très bien placé, conforme a la description. Parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes. Très bien équipé et agréable. La région est magnifique !

Estuvimos 6 días un grupo de jóvenes de 20 años y no tenemos ninguna queja. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y nos facilitaron todo tipo de opciones, además de ser muy comprensivos desde el inicio con nosotros. Destacaría la ubicación del lugar, ya que estaba situado en una urbanización tranquila en la que podías llegar a prácticamente cualquier punto de interés en muy poco tiempo en coche. El sitio era acogedor y moderno además de facilitar muchos servicios que nos ayudaron mucho en la estancia. Dormimos muy bien todos los del grupo y teníamos nuestro espacio dentro del apartamento.

The apartment is worth its price. It is nicely located, close to the beaches in a calm place with the nice swimming pool. Communication with Maria is perfect. We had a great time in Menorca.

We stayed for 2 nights for a wedding. Mireia was quite awesome as she was always ready to help if anything was needed. House was easy to access, there was plenty of free parking and was clean and spacious. We were 4, but you could of for more with the sofa bed. We were very pleased with what the house offered and the services. We will use it again in the future. Thanks!!!
