Spacious lakefront home. Super location! Deep H2O.

Spacious home on quiet deep-water cove, great for swimming. Put your boat in just .2 mile away & dock it here. Ample outdoor space, with 3 decks & terraced yard. Eat on the screened-in porch, grill out for dinner. HUGE master w/ door to a deck. Enormous kitchen. Two additional BR & large rec room w/ two twins. Double lot feels very private, but you're close to everything! 2 min to Dollar Gen; 6 to Kroger; 8 to downtown. I will consider two-night stays during non-peak months. Message a request.

Summer is great at the Bluebird Lakefront.

If you're coming to relax, fish, work or enjoy the lake life, that's your opportunity to stay in a peaceful and beautiful house with lots of comfortable spots indoor and outdoor. Gas grill, firepit, 2 kayaks, life vests and everything one would like to find in a lake house. This area is great for fishing and we have an awesome boathouse for your boat. Nice and quiet neighborhood, very convenient for your needs - marina, public boat ramp, grocery store, restaurants, shopping just minutes away.

Best Dam View at Sinclair! Big Water Pets Welcome

Lovely sunrises & moon views. 5 min to downtown, 2 min from The Club at Lake Sinclair & DG. Sleeps 6-8 people, (air mattresses/beds) Perfect for entertaining with outdoor dining areas. Fire pit with lots of seating. Big views of water & nearby sandbar, across from an island with beachfront space. Tons of amenities you may need, including a pack-n-play. For the hot-natured, white noise lovers we have large floor fans! Kayaks & paddleboards on site & Rubber Dockie that will entertain the kids.

Lake Sinclair Getaway- Lakefront with Dock

Relax with the whole family in this lovely home. A large peaceful lot tucked away in a cove. Water off dock are shallow for the kids but the with open water views. Dock offers space to sit, lay, and relax. House is equipped with all your needs. Lots of space on deck to eat and soak up the views, 3 bedroom plus an upstairs loft with beds, tv, and futon; perfect for kids. Partially gated for added security. Home is centrally located with quick access to all the shopping, grocery, restaurants.

Scenic Hideaway at Lake Sinclair is the Lake retreat you have been looking for. Located on a quiet cove sitting on the Milledgeville side of the lake you are so close to dining, shopping and exploring all the area has to offer! Bring your boat, kayaks, paddleboards or just your favorite book and enjoy the peace that Lake Sinclair is known for. With private boat ramp on property along with dock, huge screened in porch and a completely renovated house its truly a perfect escape!

Note: Airbnb 15.5% rate increase 9/2026. Rustic 3 bedroom lake front cottage on Sinclair. Home is convenient to Macon, Milledgeville, and Covington. Relax under the large covered porches and enjoy the beautiful views of the lake. Take in the pileated woodpeckers and humming birds on the elevated porches. The dock has two places to moor your boat while swimming in the cool waters of Lake Sinclair. Finish your day off grilling on the deck and enjoying the lakeside sunset.
